Beautiful bay views, pool was mostly in the sun the whole day so it was warm enough for kids to swim in. 10-15 min walk to the beach. Big enough fridge to store all your needs. Great coffee in the main office, great friendly staff that always greets you with a smile. Comfortable bed and pillows.

Minor things just need to be cleaned up or touched up. Walls had few mysterious stains, the kitchenette cups and plates were not properly washed by the previous tenants. Other things we mentioned to the staff and someone was sent up to fix right away. I know for next time some pillow cases don’t fit the pillows and one sheet on top and one on the bottom of the duvet as a cover for it, so I might just bring two duvet covers just as a personal preference.

Walking distance to beach and many tasty food options. Rooms are comfortable and we had ample space for my family of 4, including our 1 yr old, for whom we brought along his pack and play for sleep. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. Great views of the bay, with a quaint area out back to relax and enjoy the views or walk out along the pier.

There wasn't an elevator. Not a deal breaker, just wish I realized beforehand so I could have planned accordingly with two small children and our obscene amount if bags. Also kitchenette area was small, not a lot of counter space, so if you do want to cook (each room has a little cook top, and pots and pans) just be prepared. Again, not a deal breaker, just something to be mindful of.

Our stay was a bit unexpected after celebrating my husband's birthday with our favorite band ;), but even though we did not get time to enjoy the scenery all that much, the location and view of the bay was awesome, especially for the price. The gentleman at the front desk was really nice and had our room ready 10 minutes after we made the reservation. We did have an issue with a double payment, but when we called the resort and let them know of the issue, it was taken care of in minutes, literally!! The room was clean except for the mentioned small issue I already mentioned, which we didn't bring to the attention of the staff until check-out. The bed and pillows were comfortable bathroom was clean, and the room didn't have any actual smell, which we liked. All in all a great stay for a great price, we would absolutelystay there again!

The A/C unit in the room was leaking a little so there was a bit of a wet spot around it. The room was otherwise nice. We did have an issue with a double payment, but when we called the resort and reported the issue it was taken care of in minutes!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The bay access from the back of the hotel was great. A nice bonus. It was quiet even with young children staying there. It is close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. You could walk to many different places. It had free parking which is one reason we chose it, and we always found a spot when we came back from being out.

The coffee tasted fine, but could’ve been hotter. I don’t use much cream and it was still kind of lukewarm. I wish the trees along the side were shorter, we couldn’t really see the bay from our room because trees blocked the view.

The location was great! Close to the action in town, but the resort was quiet and relaxed! We walked only a block to the Bottle & Cork! The resort is very clean and well maintained. Furnishings are in good shape, room has a small kitchen, bed is comfortable! Loved relaxing on the balcony at night. Great view of the bay and nice area on the bayside! Pool was clean, water comfortable temperature, and the patio furniture was nice & new! Staff was friendly & parking was convenient! Loved this place! Will definitely be back!

The unit had a mini kitchen with everything you need. It is a low cost stay with clean basic amenities. The location gives easy access to the beach and bay both. Sunsets are amazing. The pool is a nice addition. Staff are helpful and friendly. If you want luxury....this is not the place. If you want a beach stay that is low key, with tons of music and food options....this is it.

I would have loved a Keurig....that is the coffee snob in me.

When we checked out on Monday. I asked the staff if it was okay if we use the pool even though we checked out and he politely said there is no problem with that. The staff also saw me bring all my suitecase down stair and said to me, "You are on vacation let me handle that." The staff is great, location is great. Just 5 minutes walk to the beach.

I have a bad leg, so walking up six fights of stair kinda hurt my leg. The rooms could use a update

The location was great because short walk to ocean and several restaurants and activities like jet skis and standup paddle boards. The bay was right there with beautiful pier and chairs to sit on. The pool was clean with plenary of loungers.

Should have someone put out clean dry towels for pool in afternoon. Kitchenette needs updating and mini fridge needs defrosting as freezer section was nearly full of ice.

Employees were very friendly and helpful. Love the location! Walked everywhere. Nice town, Dewey is a beautiful town. The room was clean and the bedding was excellent.

Room 214 the toilet wasn't filling up to flush. My husband is a maintenance man so he fixed it. The ice machine on the second floor was also not working. Also, I thought that they rented Kayaks at the hotel because of the picture of the bay side of the hotel. That was a little misleading. The pool closed at six which i thought was a little early. But even so we had a lovely time, the staff was very nice and even gave us a book of restaurants in the area.

The outside amenities were very nice. Beautiful views from the dock of the bay and plenty of seating to accommodate guests. Pool area was nice as well. The property is in walking distance of many things which was a bonus. The beach is just a short walk away too.

The rooms were decent size but could use some major upgrades. The kitchenette area is extremely dated and the small functioning fridge needs to be replaced as our door barely stayed sealed shut. No freezer just a small icebox inside. Carpet was dingy and old, definitely needs replaced. Bathroom and shower were clean and worked just fine. It was noisy at night from the local bars and if I had to return with my kids I would probably choose somewhere else, not right in the mix of the nightlife. They did really enjoy crabbing off the dock though!
