Dan, the maintenance man, is the best part of this hotel. We had trouble with an AC unit in our room. He pulled an AC from another location on the property and replaced ours in no time at all. He was kind and respectful and offered great conversation while working. Every time we passed him after that day, he had a kind word for us and a joke with my young son. This kind of customer care is a dying art. Dan should be teaching others how to interact with the public. He made a huge difference in our stay.

The hotel is very well maintained but could use investment in some updated equipment. AC units, etc.

Everything was fine. Food and staff were great.

The room itself was poorly maintained. A mix of renovated and old together. There were red stains on the tub, the wood was chipped on the base of the tv stand, and the carpet looked really dark. Just wasn't in the best shape. I didn't feel comfortable having the kids play on the floor. I've seen worst but it wasn't the best. I would come back without kids.

Everyone at the hotel was super friendly and helpful. We spent a week at the hotel and the breakfast was always fresh and the staff always checked on us everyday to see if we needed anything. They changed the linens and cleaned the whole room several times during our stay. Great place for the price! Will definitely stay here again if ever in the area again.

The staff was great until time of check out. We checked out very early, around 3:30 am and no one was at the desk. We waited and looked around but found no one. I finally called the hotel and the clerk, who we had obviously woken up, came out. While checking out I asked for a printed receipt and was told I, rather rudely, that I could not have one because the printer was broken and would not be fixed for 2 days. He said he would email it to me, which I still have not received. Other than that things were pretty good.

did not like all the breakfast foods and the kids playing football games in the pool it was a small pool and no adults around and the loudness of their voices. I had to tell these two boys to lower their voices, i realize they were boys have fun but some people want to relax and not hear all that. Some of the rooms the doors slamming like at night and they could use more handicapped parking spaces and there were only two on one side of building and i think one on the other side of building

I liked the location. Many things were in walking distance and the beach was just a short drive.

The carpet in our room was really dirty. We had to have shoes on at all times. I didn’t like that room service was around 9-10am. We were on vacation and sometimes slept in. The door had a really loud creak. If I didn’t have an 11 month old, these items probably wouldn’t have bother me as much.

Room was very clean; Staff were welcoming, helpful, and courteous. Nice location. I did not get breakfast but my husband said it was very good. Vending machines had drinks and snacks at a reasonable price.

Our television remote did not work correctly, as it appeared to be a universal remote that did not have all of the functions to operate features of television. No biggie. Our refrigerator made an awful squealing noise the first night, but we figured out that turning the temperature up a bit solved the problem.

I liked that it was not to far from the beach and that it had a very good breakfast set up, it helps when you have kids and there are plenty of choices and you don’t have to run around trying to find breakfast.

For the most part the staff was friendly and helpful I did have a minor issue with 1 staff member but didn’t let it ruin my review.

We knew the area well since a family member had a beach house there for several years. We have many fond memories of vacations there. Always look forward to Thrashers and Big Fish Grill as well as SHOPPING!

The Malls are not what they once were. I walked for hours before finding anything appropriate for my age. The traffic is always unbelievable and it was Biker's weekend in Ocean City. Too much noise!

The staff was very nice. The rooms were clean. Very pleasant experience. I would definitely stay there again.

They had an option for bigger rooms. I would have loved to see those options during the booking process so that I could have opted for a large space.
