The staff was very kind, the parking was covered and included, the breakfast was more than enough to start the day and the facilities were very clean. Also the beach was 3 min walk. Beautiful area with many restaurants around.

The mattresses of the beds were awful. Looked like old ones made with wool… they were bumpy and uncomfortable. We used one of the mugs in our room for coffee and the dirty mug remained on our countertop for 3 days. Nobody took it nor replaced it with a clean one during our stay. The beds were just smoothed out, not properly made.

Your staff is great! They are all very nice and hospitable! The front desk and the housekeepers were very friendly! The beds are comfortable, the location is great and the hotel is overall very well maintained.

The bathroom door was horrible. It didn’t shut easily and it didn’t shut all the way. The pool was closed for most of our stay and that was one of the reasons we booked this hotel so that was very disappointing. The breakfast was good but some of the stuff was obviously reused. The fruit was sour and some of the bread was moldy. I do understand that it was during the week and less busy so that could be why. Some of the items were very good though.

We have spent Thankgsgiving in either Rehoboth or Dewey for many years now. We travel with our 12 year old dog so that limits where we can stay. We also LOVE to "stay in" for Thanksgiving and eat home cooked food in the room. So Dewey Hyatt gets our top vote because the dog friendly rooms are extremely spacious when compared to other hotels/motels. Allows us to really feel "at home". The other plus/requirement is an indoor pool so the Hyatt checks that block as well! The staff is awesome here. So friendly and helpful!

The bathroom door. They are a sliding glass type and they just do NOT close properly without effort. We just dealt with it but in a previous visit mentioned it to the desk and they DID send someone to adjust things. I just think they ought to replace them all with something that works better!

Staff were extremely nice, room was spotless, toiletries and enough towels provided, and no issues with bringing my service dog.

There should be a suitcase rack in the garage by the elevator. Wasn’t notified the pool was closed until we got there. Only stayed one night so I didn’t really mind it was not open but someone with children might. There was a pool a few miles away that you could use.

Included breakfast was great, changed somewhat each day. Loved having access to the bay and Surfside across the street. The location was perfect. My sister who just turned 90 preferred the Bayside, I however made the trip specifically for ocean surfside.

Forgetting I am allergic to dogs. Caused red eyes and swelling of eyes. Therefore will not be returning.

The location of my room. Was across the street from the rusty rudder. The first 2 nights were perfect. The last night (Thursday)was a disaster. Band played at maximum volume way past midnight. And then the DJ came on with thumping music. Makes me reconsider staying there again unless the restaurant/bar doesn’t have any musical acts playing there.

Close to the beach and great restaurants.

The private beach is too small and the water is filthy. It is surrounded by boats and it appears as if it was filled with fuel. In addition the bathroom sink was clogged but it was taken care of shortly after reporting.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. We traveled with our pet and it was easy with the room having the couch and 2 queen beds. We liked the bay behind the hotel and just across the street was the Ocean. The beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. Enjoyed the free fresh popcorn a few of the days we were there. We loved how dog friendly the hotel and town are.

Location is perfect and they are very pet friendly! Plenty of very tasty breakfast options that change from day to day. My room was very spacious and clean. The only restaurant allowing dogs was also a short walk away, alongside other restaurants, which is very comfortable.

Off season the lighthouse restaurant is closed at the beginning of the week, which happened to be during my stay, and I’d like the information before arrival.

I do need to say that the coffee was horrible. Extremely watered down in the dining room. Coffee is the only thing I need in the morning and would appreciate. I ended up using the coffee maker in the room but we dont have access to the small dairy creamers without having to go all the way to the dining area. It would of helped if the cleaning staff had a supply of the creamers on the carts. Thanks for allowing me to let you know about this issue.
