Anthony's on the Beach

The location was so close to the beach. Loved the rooms…. Very trendy.

They were stingy with the supplies… had to ask for more towels, coffee, cups… that kind of thing. The deck needs work… more tables and chairs.

The rooms where clean and the kitchen was well equip.We had an issue with the air conditioner not working on the first night but the staff handle itas soosn as they could and we were upgraded to an ocean front room which was ABSOULUTELY gorgeous and the view was breath taking, and I must Thank Jasmine the manager who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Thanks again Jasmine for your wonderful hospitality. I will definitely come back again.

There is a microwave and refrigerator so we made our own breakfast. The beds were very comfortable. The shower was new and fine. It was quiet. The expansive beach is right next to the motel. The password for the wifi is on the light between the beds. The maid cleaned up a bit after we were there for 3 nights.

The room is a little cramped but not bad. When you walk into the room, it smells a little moldy but we did not notice it while we were in the room. The office is open from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m., so if you need something after those hours, you're out of luck. The control for the air conditioner did not seem to work, but we turned it on without a control.

Don't let outside appearance fool you, not sure about all rooms but ours was satisfactory. We liked that the motel was right on the beach in a less crowded area of Coco Beach however, still close enough to experience the atmosphere and places within the city (short drive to shops, restaurants). We enjoyed the beach front room with the ocean view. The patio area was nice. The staff was friendly and accommodating. There is limited parking, but it is a smaller motel. The motel provides beach chairs at no cost to its guests, which is nice. Our room was exactly what was needed for a short visit to Coco Beach, Kennedy Space Center & before our cruise out of Port Canaveral.

The beach swing was broken, but definitely not a deal breaker.

newly renovated rooms and were very clean!! staff was super nice, friendly, and helpful!! our air conditioner stop working and they immediately replaced it that day. Location great right on beach. Beach was great and not crowded there. They provided beach chairs. Had deck area to sit on second floor- great view.

We could hear some road noise as property is right off 4 lane. Air conditioners were loud, but they were starting to replace with quieter ones. It was not a problem for us, but if you like walking to restaurants or stores there was only one place to eat within walking distance and no shops or stores within walking distance.

We loved the private beach! Also liked the location, in a quieter/less busy part of Cocoa Beach . Bed was comfortable, AC was very cold, staff was wonderful. The property was also very quiet, never heard noise from other guests. and the property was full too, so I was pleasantly surprised. My daughter loved how cute the property was, right on the beach.

The room was small, although the size was disclosed on the website; i just had no idea how small of a space it was. There wasn’t a good place to hang items up to dry either. But, it was fine for a couple days. We weren’t in the room much anyways. I also didn’t like the window in the bathroom, because people could see right in if we cracked it open. which you kind of had to do because the bathroom didn’t have a fan.

It was right on the beach. The beach was deserted. We had it to ourselves or with 2 other families each day we were there. Anthony's provided beach chairs and umbrellas for free in a bin next to the parking lot. We also go to see a rocket launch from the beach just outside our room.

Water pressure. We were rained out one day and everyone( all of the guests) ran in to take a shower and there was NO water pressure. The building was an old motel and was rundown on the outside but very clean inside the rooms.

Location to the beach is perfect, it's a lovely quiet spot. Rooms have been nicely done.

Avoid rooms near the reception. At night guests speak to reception over a loud speakers the actually office isn't open and our night's sleep was interrupted twice by people speaking with reception. We were 3 doors away so I'd imagine if you had a room further away it would not be a problem.

Our room was spacious and had all the things we needed for a stop before our cruise. Inside has clearly been renovated, pretty and comfortable bedding and has new appointments and bathroom. Its located literally on the beach and a shame we didn't have more time to enjoy that part of it!! the access was great and beach was so pretty. The staff was super friendly and went out of their way to accommodate.

nothing negative to note. The outside, at first approach is very "motel'y" but the inside is very nice!

The location is fantastic, for the amazing beach, we are entertained by some dolphins and pelicans, and also had a great view of the rocket launches! Staff are very friendly and helpful and there is some lovely restaurants nearby. Also they provide Tommy Bahama beach chairs and parasols which are very cool on the beach. Air-conditioning works very well also

Nothing really to complain about, would’ve been nice to have an icemaker available .
