Very helpful and friedly owners. Nice setting. Very clean property! Room on the 2nd floor/deck was amazing, very nice view. Kitchen with all things you need. WiFi is fast. Parking lots in front of the property. A perfect stay. Good restaurants near by.

Main street is noisy.

clean, updated rooms. Right on the lagoon. Lot's of beach and water toys, chairs, towels, paddle boards, coolers, etc. that we could borrow. Beach was right across the street. There is a rooftop area where you could socialize or watch the sunset/sunrise. It is the kind of place that you could bring extended family and friends and stay for a while.

I really can't complain - the one staff member we interacted with was courteous and accommodating - if not real friendly.

This is our second time staying at Lost Inn Paradise. This is a cute little property that has everything you could want. The rooms are spacious and clean with an amazing view of the banana River which can be enjoyed either from the rooftop patio, the dock or from one of the kayaks or paddle boards available to guests. In the laundry room there is plenty available to borrow to fully enjoy a day at the beach, which is literally just across the street. The location is quiet but still with an easy access of some great restaurants and grocery stores.

Honestly, there's anything that could be improved.

Upon arrival, the check-in instructions were very simple and we were in our room within minutes. A huge, bright open space with all of the amenities we could want. The bed was massive and very comfy, and we slept very well. The place was spotless and the bathroom and shower were brilliant. Outside was a lovely viewing area upstairs to watch the pelicans on the river. Downstairs a nice and clean warm pool to splash about in too. We sat on the deck afterward and just watched the river. It was a lovely peaceful place to be. Overall a brilliant stay and we would definitely come back should we come to cocoa beach again. Side note - We got an Uber down to cocoa beach pier which was within easy reach - around $15

I loved the room set-up. Excellent bedding, great open concept with a 4 person dining table and standard refrigerator. A great value for a one night stay. The price was great and I would choose this place again over any big name and high priced hotel around. I love how my wife said what type of place did you get us when I described it to her and we arrived. But then how surprised she was once we got into the gate and in our room. She said it was a great stay. The reviews were right on from what I read before I booked the room.

Nothing that I can say I didn't like was a little disappointed the pool closed I think around 7 or 8. We arrived a little after it had closed.

Joanne and Don were exceptional hosts, went above and beyond on all aspects of making our stay memorable. All the staff, cleaners were very friendly and obliging, could not ask for better. Joanne found an additional coffee machine (filter type) she let us use as I had forgotten to bring the water reservoir for my Nespresso machine, for using with Coffee grounds. very useful having sunscreen and mosquito spray in the vending machine utility room. Everything was very neat, tidy, well maintained and organized. will definitely recommend to family and friends!

Bungalow 4 was very nice, exceptional quality fittings, ceiling fan, Microwave etc. However I do think a bread toaster could be added to each room, and perhaps a couple of regular dinner plates and silverware, otherwise all top notch ! There was nothing at all we did not like about the facility, the amenities , the setting and above all the people.

We liked the location which was a little bit away from the main touristy section but not too much so. We liked the architecture and decor that gave the place an old Florida beachy feel. It was exceptionally clean throughout the entire grounds including inside the rooms. The staff manager was very nice and accommodating including my request for early check-in. Parking was a breeze.

The only thing I would have liked was a small coffee table for the sofa and a regular hinged door vs apocket door for the bathroom.

Loved the accomodations--very beachy feel and comfortable. It was also great to have beach chairs that could be used to take across the street to the beach, as well as a kayak to take out to explore the area by water. The third floor open deck was beautiful to watch the sunset by and the beach really is just a walk across the street. It was clean, quiet and sort of tucked away which was a welcome respite after a busy time in Orlando. Other guests were pleasant and it felt like our own little get-away. Also loved being able to walk across the street to watch the sun rise. Would stay here again and recommend it to family and friends. Loved it!

Only wish we'd known there were fishing rods to use to fish off the dock in the office. My husband would have loved to have fished :)

We stayed an extra day as Lost Inn Paradise was very difficult to leave this hotel. Not only was the room lovely, wonderfully comfortable and supplied with everything anyone could need, the location was to die for (with the sunset behind the hotel and the sunrise in front). But beyond that, the atmosphere of the place felt like it was from an earlier time, a quieter and more relaxed time. This was surely due to the people who ran the hotel (Joanne and Donald) who made the place feel like home almost immediately. In our case, they went way beyond the call of duty by sending us our passports that we'd left behind in the room, and doing it without any fuss by the most efficient and cheapest means. We will do our best to come back for a longer stay as soon as we can.

The location was perfect, with the beach being right across the street. All staff were very friendly, and they even were able to have our room available for check in early. House keeping came and cleaned our room on the 2nd day we were staying, even though our trip was 3 days. The rooms were very nice and clean. They also had beach chairs and towels available to take to the beach which was so convenient! Everything about the property was a 10/10.
