Nice residential location for us...and right on the beach. You need a car to get to grocery stores (approx 10-12 min drive) and laundromat. I liked the quietness of the beach. The property outdoors was outstanding...actually exceeded my expectations...outdoor chess, lots of chairs and outdoor areas to eat or rest, really amazing quartz crystals throughout. Nice little oasis. Staff was great too...especially posting the launch (which we didn't know about and ended up being a highlight to see even at 3:31am). We even saw the launch pad from a 30 km distance ... perfect location to see launches.

The place was perfect for us...but perhaps a bit rustic for some. Think of this as a beach place with concrete floors to easily sweep up beach sand...great for families. Kitchen could be better stocked but was adequate for making pasta, pizza, easy breakfasts etc.

A wonderful place to stay, so different from the large hotels and apartment blocks all along Cocoa Beach. The property has been furnished imaginatively, often using old and really interesting pieces, resulting in a feeling of being in a ‘home’ rather than just a functional space. Our guesthouse was spacious and seriously comfortable, with stunning views over the dunes to the beach and sea. There are all sorts of delightful places to relax outdoors, and it’s just a step or two to the beach. If we ever go back to this area, this would be absolutely our first choice.

We loved this place. It is beautiful and peaceful. We were also so lucky to attend the rocket launch , which was perfectly visible from the beach. The staff was very helpful and let us stay around after check out whilst we waited for out taxi to the airport. We were able to sunbathe and use their bathroom for a shower. Lots of beach bunnies around. Just perfect. I will go back. Highly recommend

Nothing really. I would only say, if you are after a nightlife or party, perhaps, this isn't the place for you. Very relaxed and quiet. You can get to downtown by car in minutes, it is about 3k from the guesthouse. No walkin distance shops or coffee places, but we had a kitchen and there is also a bbq outside, so you can do your shopping and stay in . We hired bikes and it was perfect. This place is perfect if you are into surfing, or if you want some peace and quiet. It would be perfect for couples or families with kids.

The outdoor space was just fantastic! Lots of different deck spaces, hammocks, BBQ facilities, and a variety of chairs in settings to accommodate guests without making you feel like you're in the same space. Quirky outdoor artwork, crystals, rocks and fun little details made hanging out outside a visual treat. Lots for kids to explore and play with. You can just BE here and look at the ocean, or step onto the beach, which was beautiful! Staff were friendly and present, keeping things tidy and safe. We found the interior of our apartment equally fun with eclectic furniture and artwork. Kitchen was well stocked and spacious - fridge was big. I have a message for the proprietor: Thank you for "the price of a coffee" Mary Lynn! :)

The apartments were a little worse for wear and had some minor 'wobbly bits' (loose tabletop, tipping shelf, lightbulb out, skirting board discoloration) but were comfortable and had been very well cleaned. We had a problem with the plumbing in #7 and had to relocate across the way to #8. Both were street-facing and there was some noise from passing traffic.

location was great. Very nice beach to walk on, beautiful view from the window. great patio areas with grills and all the equipment you need to grill with including charcoal and lighter fluid. Very peaceful, loved talking to the bird at check in. Saw a rocket launch in the early morning one night.

No balcony for the room. One way street was hard to back out to but we changed where we parked and made it easier. It was a bit far for us to walk to downtown but a short drive.

Everything! The rooms are very clean. Nothing fancy, but adorable personal touches. We went for a weekend trip for my daughter’s 14th bday. There were 2 moms and 4 teenage girls, and the space was perfect. We have already been looking at the calendar for another time to go back. whether it’s a girls weekend, a family reunion, or a couple’s getaway, it’s amazing here. It has such a peaceful, relaxing vibe! The beach is a feet away, and we sat outside at night to listen to the waves and feel the breeze. Ron Jon and the Cocoa Beach Pier is a few minutes down the road. The staff is great also. very personable and helpful!

absolutely nothing

We returned this year after loving our stay so much last year. Best place on the beach to hang out!! This year we watched a night launch...right from the shoreline at Beach Place. No drive, no park & walk, no traffic, fantastic view. Having chairs and boogie boards and things available on site to use makes our packing a whole lot easier too. The staff is exceptionally friendly and we feel they know us, not just "Yes ma'am" us from some script. They're genuinely awesome people that make us feel welcome. We'll be back again next year!

Arriving to Beach Place after 2 weeks of regular hotels was a true delight -- direcly on the beach, zen.yoga like atmosphere, hamocks and gazebo scattered in a quiet tree-covered gardens -- paradise. No tall buildings nor boom boom music, just simple, quiet, natural, cozy on a beautiful beach. And with all the convenience you need -- beach toys, BBQ tools, beach shower, etc. perfect

Not much to say here -- you could always improve amenities, or have an additional smile. maybe. unnecessary details to us at that point.

Awesome stay in a little piece of "Old Florida" heaven! Our 2 bedroom apartment with outdoor seating areas made cooking and eating very relaxing. The location, right in the beach, was fantastic! We enjoyed walking the beach, sitting on the beach (with chairs provided), and the beautiful sunrise and sunset! A much needed get away week-end!

All the shared areas and facilities were great. The overall artistic look and feel felt very cozy. Location right at the beach is perfect. Plenty of space to sit, lay and chill out. Also very nice stay for children. Staff was super friendly.

The WiFi quality was poor. There was no reception at all in most parts of the house. Also there was no possibility to do laundry.
