All linens are provided. (Blankets/towels). A “starter kit” of basic items was provided of dish soap, dishwashing detergent pods, laundry pods, travel sized toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, bar soap), roll of paper towels, a few rolls of toilet paper. Very clean. Lots of cookware and kitchen appliances, in addition to regular kitchen utensils and dishes. If you have children, bring plastic! Everything is glass. Property also provided a variety of DVDs, board/card games, and books to read. Lots of detailed instructions on electronics! Very nice property!

Being on the 3rd floor wasn’t a struggle for me, but was for some of the others attending. We knew when booking the property was on the 3rd floor though. So that’s not an issue, but just incase someone else needs it reiterated, you have to walk up several flights of stairs! We didn’t love having to drive to the state side for groceries. But again, not the property per say, just the location in general. Property was excellent!

Super cute

I know the condo is a revolving door for guest. However, I wasn’t happy that there had definitely been a previous smoker who stayed at some point. Also it really needs a deep clean, baseboards, pictures, lamps, lampshades and the accent chair and sofa needs cleaned. My husband has asthma and I cleaned what I could. Other than that it is super cute and we will use it again.

The view off the balcony is great! Either side you sit has a water view and it's facing the sunset so you can enjoy that view from the balcony or even the kitchen while making dinner.

Only thing this condo needs is a small coffee table and rug in front of the couch. Other than that, this place was about perfect. Also, you can tell the cleaning company is in a hurry to get their job done, because there were several spots throughout the condo that needed dusting still.

Amazing location! Loved the views from the balcony. The condo was everything my family of four needed. As a bonus, it included two beach chairs and an umbrella at the beach, which was only a short walk away. They also provide a couple of laudry tablets and dishwasher tablets, which were ample for our five day stay. We would happily return to the same condo for a future vacation.

The mattress cover on the bed was really noisy plastic. Maybe they could invest in a soft mattress cover, so it didn't crinkle so much when someone rolls over.

The condo was in a quite area and you felt safe there . The view from the condo is very nice you can see the sun set . There was everything you could need for your stay . I thought the bed was very comfortable if you enjoy a softer mattress. The walk to the beach was an easy one just right across the road . My daughter really enjoyed the swimming pool . We had a great time and hope to stay there again soon .

The floors were dirty if you walked on them without shoes your feet turned black . You couldn’t tell it just by looking because the floor is a darker color but if you was barefoot you knew it . Needs a good mopping .

The clean condo was the perfect fit for our family. Great views from the balcony especially the sunsets. Easy walk to the beach, pier, and beach restaurants. Complimentary soaps and kitchen items were present. It was nice to have linens, towels, and a washer/dryer combo. Would definitely rent again.

The stairs were a little difficult the littles. The balcony did not lock. The pool lights were missing a few screws and it was loose. Air vents needed cleaning.

I had no idea about Navarre beach, just wanted to spring break in Florida, however we found an amazing little gem. If you want a break from the busy night life and just quiet beaches then this is the place. The condo was easy to find. Extremely clean and comfortable with panoramic ocean views.

The bedroom space! Had almost everything we needed. Comfortable.

We thought it was a little closer to water. Wish there was more furniture in the living room (which means I guess it would have to be bigger). Wish there was at least salt/pepper there. There were dirty towels in our washer when we got there.

great location , family friendly, lots of amenities, free beach chair service , free dvd rental, they had a pack n play, extra beach chairs, and a hairdryer. there is also a pool and steps away from the most beautiful sandy bay with sand dunes and beautiful sunsets. absolutely affordable, clean, neat and nice setup. had a blast

alittle noisy upstairs but my grandson still took good naps and slept through the night so all was good

That we cut our trip 3 days short because of covid.
