Breakfast was great! Better than any other hotel we've stayed at. The location and amenities are amazing! Staff are professional and friendly. The room keys are on bracelets, which is super convenient and won't get lost on the beach. The fitness center also has free weights and pulleys. We have stayed here 3 times and it doesn't disappoint.

The on-site washing machine didn't clean our clothes. There was still sand on shorts. Would have been nice to have a small broom in our room so we could sweep sand. Housekeeping sweeps in the morning but inevitably sand comes in with us during the day. Then sandy feet go in the bed.

Breakfast was very good. The beach was very nice. The bed was comfortable and the room size and layout was very good also. Free parking was a major plus and we thoroughly enjoyed the wristbands for our room key.

The rentals for the umbrellas/chairs should be included in the high rates as they are in other hotels. Plus they set them up along the whole front stretch of the hotel which minimizes the view and makes others set up way down on either side of them. The pool towels were super small. The extra fees where not explained during check in or when ordering at the restaurant or pool for food/drinks.

Had a beautiful 3rd floor water front view, we got there a little early and still was able to get checked in and had the option to choose what floor. The staff members there was so freaking awesome, very kind and polite. The gentleman at check-in was really informative on what was going on at certain times at the hotel. The room was very clean and well taken care of the clean up crew had the room spot on. It's literally right there on the beach, going to the first floor it's right there by the heated pool, which was also awesome. It was in the 60s when we got there and In that same ball park through our time there but the pool was nice. there was plenty room for everyone else there and we had our space too. It was a very peaceful beach, it wasn't over populated or crowded,granted it was cold outside we had on hoodies and sweats but so did the other visors there.

350 for one night, but I knew it was going to be that when I made the reservation it was a little high for one night stay but I got something beach front because I was with the woman I love and care about and I knew she'd love it and she did. We had a fantastic time and the memories we made will always be with us.

This is an extraordinarily clean facility with dedicated staff and is just a walk away from the beach. I had a room with a balcony on the ocean side and the views were beautiful. The sunsets were breathtaking. As part of my stay I received a $25 meal voucher for the restaurant next door which had a good selection and the food was amazing. Check the menu online though because the voucher pretty much only covers an appetizer. There are also a number of great restaurants within driving distance. The complimentary breakfast was very good and the area is open so you don’t feel crammed into a corner the hotel designated as their “breakfast” area. Will Definitely stay there again.

No complaints at all

This hotel is located on the gulf with its own beach, free breakfast, a restaurant that serves lunch and dinner, as well as Sunday brunch, and a swimming pool. Our room was modern and updated with very comfortable beds and a wonderful shower. Our suite had a balcony overlooking the ocean, which was delightful. The staff were all friendly and helpful, from housekeeping to the front desk. The Milkshake Bar, open several hours in the afternoon and evening, was great fun, and a good way to use your daily $25 “destination charge.” We enjoyed the casual, family-friendly environment at this hotel. No formal wear required — beach wear is common.

There were no bellhops to help take luggage, and a lack of enough luggage carts at busy departure and arrival times made things a bit difficult. Be prepared to get your luggage to your room on your own. Also know that there is no room service, which would seem possible, since there is a restaurant on the property. The waitstaff at the restaurant weren’t always the most attentive.

The beach is amazing! The staff was incredible! Especially the desk clerk, Ocean (great name!). She put us in a great room! Even the guys on the beach (Corey and Greg) were friendly and helpful. We didn't meet anyone that worked there, including the cleaning staff, that wasn't very nice. Free parking! Very quiet, even though there were plenty of kids there. And private!

A few more umbrellas around the pool? The $16 for a milkshake. Really? The lighting in the bathroom was poor. I don't know if that was a design thing, or simply our unit. It wasn't a big deal for us, but if someone were wanting to 'fancy up ' it wouldn't be easy. The room lighting in general was kind of poor...

Conveniently on the beach and beach chairs along with the umbrella. The ice cream shop was great and the restaurant located on site was a plus too. Plenty of Hotel parking. The wristband to use for entering the room and elevator was nice. Overall we were pleased with the accommodations. The room was clean and AC worked great.

The PRICE per night changed per day and the final night price increased by $200.00. Because it was Friday.

Since the town is a little more low key, I felt the hotel offered many things to make it easy to spend the entire day on the beach and pool. Everything from the ice cream shop, fresh popcorn and pool service. Sean was absolutely amazing. I noticed he made every customer feel special. He definitely made the stay poolside fun and convenient. And we only ordered food 2x. Lol would come back in and heartbeat.

Maybe a little more in the gift shop… Soveniors and upscale t shirts.

We loved the pool with open view of ocean. Loved the $25 credit per day to use on food and drinks. Loved that there was beach, pool, hot tub, restaurant, ice cream shop, bar....all right there.

Pool deck is extremely slippery and dangerous. I saw 6 people slip and fall (hard falls) in 2 days. Some were barefoot, some had flip flops, one had on tennis shoes. This is very dangerous and needs to be addressed.
