The amenities are excellent. The pool, cabana, and spa were amazing. The views from our 14th floor were spectacular and well worth our room charge. We had plenty of room and comforts. It rained a lot during our stay, but we had covered parking which helped immensely during loading and unloading. The only issue I would note is the depreciation of the property. Some updating of the facilities is required along with required maintenance along the pool decks.

Full apartment, well stocked with towels and linens, as well as other essentials. Bed was very comfortable and the master bathroom jetted tub was awesome.

Could hear neighbors dog constantly barking from three doors down every night during a week stay. The furniture is comfortable but is very worn and dated, it could definitely use an update. The place looked clean but there could be improvement in the detail cleaning. There were crumbs on living room floor, the dishes in cupboard were dusty and the accent chair and tables in the living room were dirty. Oh and yes, I did see a few tiny ants in the living room. Probably after those crumbs left on the floor around the couch.

Very nice view of the surrounding area; Nice pool, very clean. FREE PARKING! and no lame resort fees. The room is nice and roomy and very comfortable. Two bathrooms; It may not have been Disney Vacation Club but, at least it didn't cost an arm and a leg and lacking of availability when I needed it like the DVC. More value than staying at the hotel and having to pay to park your car. Out front is a Subway and a Starbucks too.

Check-in staff could take a course in being more welcoming; The wi-fi is not password protected. A simple password would make it more secure.

The location to Disney was awesome. There was some traffic but nothing unbearable. We had a room on the second floor with pool views and lake views. They were spectacular and the family enjoyed them. The little bar by the pool was amazing. Kudos to Paige and the crew... thank you for making our week a tasty one! Just a heads up the wings were on point. We will come back to this location again for sure.

I did not like that you had to schedule the transportation bus 24 hours in advance.

Mostly everything was wonderful! I had been before but this was my husband and daughters first time. We love that we can have a place where we can just relax if we want to take a day away from the parks. Blue Heron has all of your necessitates. They provided kitchen items needed, dish detergent, laundry detergent, coffee maker/coffee (a must for us! lol), etc. Security is high on the property, so if you order door dash or something, it's best to meet them in the parking garage. I didn't get his name but the gentleman in security came and checked on us before we left. Our battery had died so we needed a jump. He was very kind and just kept a check on us until our insurance got someone out there to assist. Friendly staff all over though!!

The beds definitely need new mattresses. We realize this is an older property so things are going to decline. Someone does need to at least take a ladder into the rooms after each stay or even once a month, and dust the fans/vents. It was pretty caked on but because it was in the 80s & up, we had to run the fans. Honestly we didn't want to be "that room" so we didn't say anything. Other than those 2 things, everything was fine.

Friendly staff, easy check-In, safe parking and key card security. Clean, comfortable, and spacious 2-bed 2-bath condo. Air conditioning ran perfect, excellent amount of towels, nice private balcony, large pool with jacuzzi area, great views of lake with dock to sit and fish. Amazing short drive to Disney. Tiki bar at poolside, Great restaurant choices within mins of resort.

The old furniture needs updating! Very 1990's. The TV's are small and out of date. No way to stream channels. For the cost of the condo, these things would really improve the over-all aesthetic of the place. The toilet paper holders in both bathrooms are stripped from walls and broken. A small inconvenience, but such a quick fix.

I liked EVERYTHING and then some. In the reviews people complained about the datedness of the furniture, the rudeness of the front desk and loose tiles. Ok- the front desk was no problem, the furniture may not be 2023, but please try to imagine letting other people use your house. Are you going to give them state of the art? No. You are going to give them : Staying at an Aunts house. There were some loose tiles, but THEY ARE INTACT. The property is immaculately clean, the kitchen is HUGE, the 2 baloconies are incredible, the pool is MASSIVE and warm. There is also a Tiki Bar/restaurant. What more could you want? We could see Disney World fireworks from our balcony every night. Also: this is a gated property with Starbucks AND a very fun mini gold and CVS in the parking lot. Hidden Gem.

The property was clean, quiet and in walking distance to Starbucks and other desirable shops. It was also quick driving access to Discovery Cove; our vacation destination. The view was spectacular! Appreciated the room card was necessary to use the elevator. We also appreciated that the room provided many of the commonly needed kitchen amenities and the AC worked perfectly. One of our favorite things about the property was pets were not allowed.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property.

The first room assigned to me in building 1 smelled musty and there was no electricity. The refrigerator in the freezer ice tray had molds . So I went over to the front desk to complain and the receptionist was kind enough to move me to a better room with a nice view in building 2. Receptionist was very kind. The view was a plus!

Rooms were not cleaned properly. I had to clean it thoroughly first before I got settled.

The amenities and spaciousness of the unit we rented was great for our family. AC worked great for those hot summer days in Orlando and high speed internet functioned well for work.

Some of the furniture was older and broken and badly needed an upgrade. Lights didn't work and needed simply bulb replacements. The bathroom drain worked slowly.
