Parking payment was a really expansive!!

The room was very nice and the pool area with table tennis, corn ball etc. was also great. The staff was very helpful during our stay and the location is perfect within the Disney World and with shuttle bus to the Disney Parks. The food was good although the selection was not that big. It is also a great initiative that kids can eat free of charge in case an adult orders a normal meal.

We were actually shocked to see the food for all meals served in plastic trays with plastic cutlery, plastic glasses and delivered in a plastic bag to the table. I know this was probably triggered by Corona, but there must be a better and more environmentally friendly way of managing this.

Great pool area. Convenient takeaway option for food. Rooms are large, modern, and clean. Conveniently provides 30 mins early access to Disney parks

The location was awesome...a very easy walk to Disney Springs. The breakfast buffet was delicious with an Omelet Chef and fresh fruit, pastries, hot food, and lots of options! The pool was very well enjoyed by our family! Loved the fountains and sitting ledges in pool. Comfortable beds and very clean room....room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels, trash emptied, and 2 water bottles. Would definitely stay again. Great lunch and dinner options too...burgers were very good!

I felt the some of the front desk personnel could have been a little more friendly. I asked some questions as I knew nothing about the area and there was not that friendly front desk, helpful answers I get from other hotels. Overall, a very nice, family friendly hotel for the value.

The SPACIOUS room!!! THE PRIVATE balcony!!! The comfortable bed!! The view of disney springs and fireworks. Room was very clean. Staff was very kind And helpful

The heat and air unit had some minor issues. Valet parking charge. We stayed 2 nights Used valet 1st night but got charged additional for valet both nights . We did not catch this before we left. The surprise of all was the additional charges when you check in. Confirmed on phone Total 258.00 for room. Did not mention additional 170.00 for other fees and taxes until we checked in Total for 2 nights 428.66 😱

The Bellhop I had during my stay went above and beyond his duties and helped me jumpstart my car after the battery died by far the most helpful staff of any hotel I’ve been too

I liked the staff, they answered all my questions and were very kind. Shoutout to Pat who helped us bring our luggage in and was a sweetheart. I love that they gave us each 1 drink ticket for alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages. So when my dedicated driver got back from a night out on the town, she was able to indulge in a drink at the hotel. The rooms were a great size and the beds were comfortable. Oh, and they had awesome Dove products at the room so I didn't have to use the products I brought.

I did have one issue in that I didn't check the bed before falling into it to sleep on Friday night, and the sheets were dirty from a previous guest. But as soon as I called, the hotel fixed it immediately. I also asked for compensation and they comped me one night of parking. That was very nice.

Friendly staff, excellent breakfast! Super clean hotel nearby to all Disney parks short walk to Disney Springs.

Staff at the front desk aren’t too friendly, waited a bit to get served at check in when staff were talking amongst each other… made me feel like I wasn’t there. When walking in and out of the hotel the front staff aren’t welcoming at all. Lady at check out was super rude. Handed me my bill and sent me on my way. Didn’t even ask how was my stay or anything!

I loved staying here ! The location is amazing, 3 minutes from Disney Springs. It's clean and classy! Food was tasty and kids ate free with any adult meal. The bar had fun and tasty Halloween themed drinks and the pool was beautiful and they also had a jacuzzi. We spent the night at Disney springs walking around and we visited the m&m store, Candy cauldron, and the coke rooftop soda bar. They held our bags for us while we were switching over hotels after our stay so all of the chocolate we bought at the M&M store didn't melt. Great place! We will be back for sure :)

Room size is relatively big, comfortable beds, overall very clean. There is a big dining room area in the lobby, so a lot of public space to hang around. The shuttles to Disney are convenient, but they do take around 45 min- 1 hour to get to Disney.

Breakfast choices are okay, but of course very overpriced. Swimming pools are under construction when we stayed, but they still charged the same resort fee.
