they ask for extra money and they don’t returned when you leave

it was a great stay for disney, they have free shuttles. the breakfast was grt, the staff very friendly. you can use any pool in 3 hotels, v nice. there were other good restaurants in walking distance.

we wish there was a supermarket near as we had no car. but thats it, everything was good

Very good hotel for a stay around all parks and the Vineland outlet. The rooms were very spacious and the staff very helpful. And the mickey mouse waffle in the morning? Sooo cute!

The rooms were a good size and very comfortable for a family. The pool area was large and spacious. Very quiet hotel. Liked the Village Market to buy meals.

The room had double beds instead of queen size. A little tight for adults. The shuttle to Universal Studios was not free, a let down since we were told it was included when I spoke to the hotel before booking. This cost us a few hundred extra dollars as we had to book ride share service, since the booking website did not work and the hotel staff were not able to help either. There were no gluten free options for meals at the Village Market.

I came in Friday july21st 2023 made a payment off $991.and some change for my stay.In Saturday my card kept declining until Monday .I reached out to my bank and was told the hotel kept taking money of my account.When I went to the front desk at first they said they saw no money movements but then in front of a manager I called the banks put her on speaker and she said there were 5 payments moved from my account that's why my account was empty. ME AND my kids stayed there more than a week barely surviving with only enough food for 3 days and we were there for nine days .They showed no remorse to me and my kids nor did they take any responsibility for what had happened. THIS TRIP WAS HORRIBLE WE STAYED IN THE HOTEL WITH NO MONEY nor food for a few days no one even came and checked.

Breakfast was good and aboundant, location was ideal for Disney parks and beds were really comfortable. Transportation to Disney parks were included, that was useful. Transportation to Universal parks cost 10 USD per person.

Parking was not included, we had to pay 17 USD extra for each day. First hotel in the world ever that I have visited where parking is not included to people staying at the hotel.

This was my second time staying by the hotel. The hotel has lots to do and offers a decent breakfast and shuttle services to near by attractions that came in handy as I didn’t have a car. There are good places near by. I used Uber and door dash as well. It was great I would come back a third time.

I was at the hotel 5 years ago and the I slept on the coach bed then and this time I slept on the coach bed one night and the mattress was awful. I think certain things need to be upgraded now as everything is exactly how I remembered it 5 years ago. The bed itself the mattress was good and comfortable.

The place is well located close to Disney parks, and they have a shuttle the transport to disney parks and other sightseeing places, though you have to reserve the time for all these. The breakfast was sufficient and good. The hotel is nice and quite good for family with children as the village have an outdoor play area. The cleaning is sufficient as well.

communication from the staff were lacking during a false fire alarm. Everyone was outside waiting to get back to their rooms, the staff did not communicate or reassure the guests that it was false alarm and everything is good, we only went in as other people started going inside again.

Very welcoming staff, rooms comfortable and clean, secure location, close to Disney, restaurants in walking distance, free breakfast was great. Liked the kids playground area, and the space to relax for a change of scenery. The free shuttles to Disney were great and made it really cheap and easy to get around.

Nothing! This was the first time we have used a hotel in Orlando, after using villas since 1996! Would definitely book again
