The entire facility was great. It definitely met my expectations and exceeded them. Definitely stay there again if we return to Orlando .

If I had to comment on anything I would say the description of the rooms could be better online. I had no idea we had a two story unit, which I loved. I also thought the 2nd bedroom had 2 full beds not 2 twins. It worked out for us.

Great villa/apartment with excellent facilities and right next to pool/hot tub and gym. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. About 10 to 15 minutes drive to Universal Studios. 20 minutes from Orlando Airport. An hour from Kennedy Space Centre, 1/2 hour from Kissimee and Disney, 2 hours from Tampa. Need a car to get around, but car hire at the airport (pre-booked) is very reasonable.

choice of TV channels limited to whatever US channels are on the cable. Bought a firestick for $20 locally and was able to get Netflix, Prime, YouTube to TV. Not that we were in the property much to watch it anyway. Unsecure Wi-Fi network caused some issues with connectivity at times. No kettle (to make tea) - boiled water in a pan

Everything we needed was supplied, the air conditioning worked very well and the bed was very comfortable. Location very near to Universal Studios. The staff were very helpful.

I would have loved to have a kettle in the room as coffee makers do not heat up the water enough to make tea! (This is a problem everywhere in the US...) The Wifi was very unreliable. I had to go to reception twice for help in connecting. I was initially told that this is because it's set up for iPhones and not Android systems, but my son also had problems using his iPhone. It would have been nice to have some information on what can, and cannot, be put in the recycling bin since this is not necessarily the same as for us in Europe.

This was a 2-bedroom villa that included a kitchen complete with dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots & pans, serving/storage bowls, colander, beverage container, dishcloths, dish towels, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing detergent, paper towels, trash bags, etc!; a living room, dining area, washer//dryer combo; 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms all of which included linens, towels and toiletries! An amazing location to popular destinations, etc! I will book again!

The suite was fabulous. The furniture and equipment was modern and up to date. The beds were super comfy. It felt like being at home. Also the hot tub was soothing after a long day of walking.

The flight of stairs outside and inside the suite make it a little rough when it comes to luggage. Also if you you're traveling with anyone that's afraid of little gecko lizards, this is your heads up because they are all over.

a clean and comfortable apartment, everything you needed, great location, parking, nice and quiet…heated and lit pool was a real bonus, daughter loved it. no hesitation in recommending and would use again on next visit to orlando. NB close to universal grab a lyft or Uber

nit picking but coming from UK no kettle for making tea, so had to use a small pan which was just as quick. …a real first world problem 😊

For all those families out there, you must consider Club Wyndam! Just off of International Drive, it is very convenient for all the parks and attractions Orlando has to offer, Disney is a little further away than the Universal attractions but all are within a short drive. You do need a car, but car parking is free and convenient. We had a two bedroom apartment that was perfectly clean and spacious, which had all the facilities to keep family life running smoothly, with a balcony (protected by a fly screen) overlooking the pool and jacuzzi. With other facilities such as tennis courts, we found a quiet day 'at home' was a great option. The friendly staff were great, and checked us in and out with ease and were just a call away for any extras. We asked for some clean towels and they were delivered within 15 minutes!

Due to the covid situation, there wasn't any house keeping which was sad, but like I say they were so quick and polite to provide clean sheets etc, it wasn't such a huge issue.

I love the cleanliness and the location. I love the space for a bigger family/group.

The wifi/Internet service is very poor and doesn't help when trying to do work online. Don't like the TV options, it's not enough for guests to choose from. The bed is comfortable but the pillows are horrible, which causes restless nights when trying to catch up on rest.

We were allowed an early checkin, staff were very courteous, locaton is very close to the theme parks, daily social activities, rooms were spacious.

Clean, spacious and well located. Great location for Universal parks, pool and whirlpool.2 floor room + balcony. Enough parking space. Welcoming personell.

Interior may be a little bit outdated but is still good to be used.
