Quiet, comfortable beds and convenient.

Parking wasn’t available and the common areas need to be updated.

I really enjoyed the text feature that you have to offer where you can text the front desk and with my experience they responded in a prompt timely fashion. There is a Metro City Diner that is walking distance which is pretty good. There is also a Subway that is walking distance as well. The gift shop and the Starbucks were great features to have inside the hotel as well for optional choices for snacks and food. They had food trucks outside as well which opened at 2:00 p.m. and they were good.

Our room was very warm and stuffy feeling throughout the whole stay even though the AC was set at 60. The garage is very very tight and the way that it is set up that you have to walk along a pathway through the garage to a side door in order to enter the hotel is very confusing. Not all doors are working to be able to gain access with your car key either. Our stairwell on the first level was locked during the entire stay which is a fire hazard. The layout of the hotel is very confusing. For instance there are two different first floor levels. It takes a couple days to figure out the layout of the land. We found a big spider in our room the first day we were there but after that there was nothing we just let it go outside.

I loved it everything was really almost perfect. Front desk amazing, parking staff incredible and welcoming. Housekeeping friendly. The bar was beautiful the staff a little dull not much personality but a very peaceful, calm environment. Patio/balcony breathtaking. Pool area captivating, mesmerizing beautiful beautiful beautiful. I loved it the staff was very informative about places to visit and go see.

Just the restaurant. The manager was amazing the bartenders and "A" one server the only one I experienced was dull, didn't engage or give much personality to the place but the male bartender did show more personality later in my stay. I had so much fun. I enjoyed everything and the staff beside them was AMAZING from parking and welcoming to front desk to housekeeping and cleaner. The restaurant was beautiful just wanted more engagement and personality.

Great location in downtown Atlanta. The Marta station is two and a half blocks away but two of those blocks are uphill. The rooms are nice. I loved that there's a Starbucks on the third floor though it closes around 6 PM. There's a pool, bar, restaurant, gift shop, and the staff is very friendly. They let me check in a couple hours early which helped me out greatly. The view was nice. The rooms are good, the beds are comfy, the pillows are fine/adequate, and you get plenty of towels. The WiFi is fast. The TV has lots of channels. I think it should be noted that they have the fastest elevators of any hotel I've ever stayed in. They get points for that.

I like that they use liquid soap in the shower, as well as having dispensers for shampoo and conditioner, but the liquid soap was empty. That's a little nitpicky but the staff needs to keep up on that. This is the second time I've had an empty soap dispenser in a hotel shower. Also, there's a very noisy club across the street but I didn't hear it from my room.

I was told at check in that I was receiving two complementary breakfasts with my stay. I did not. the door for room 970 is broke.

Mj the manager of PMSI Valet was amazing. his crew made sure i was able to get in to have access to valet parking. MJ and his crew were gentleman. they assisted us with our luggage and made sure a hotel staff brought us a luggage carrier. the hotel Staff was amazing. i was able to upgrade my room to the poolside view. thank god they had availability. i had my daughter and her friends with me. We had access to the pool. the pool was clean the area was clean with towels on demand. I loved the seating area on the third floor. we had a place to eat at and listen to music in the 3rd floor lobby. the restaurant inside was nice and the food was great. everyone was respectful and willing to help and assist when needed. I will be returning.

Overpriced for small rooms with poor AC. Parking was ridiculous & you had to go through a maze just to get back to the entry of the hotel. You had to pay $35 per day after being charged $200 a night. You had to leave your room just to warm up your food. No microwaves in the room. The Customer Service was Excellent but the overall hotel isn’t worth $1300 for 4 nights. It’s not

We truly enjoyed every aspect of our stay at Sheraton Atlanta. Our experience started with a smooth and accommodating check-in. Nang greeted us very warmly and we were granted the ability to check-in early, which was absolutely fantastic! When we arrived at our room it was clean and fresh feeling. We loved the robe and sleepers in the bathroom, which was another nice touch. We enjoyed a hot and delicious breakfast each morning from the restaurant on site and were able to hit the gym afterwards, which had nice updated equipment with weights for my boyfriend and cardio for me. The pool area was nice with lots of lounging areas to just lay back and chillout. Some evenings we just set out there and enjoyed the area. We also discovered that the hotel is just two blocks from the MARTA (subway transit system) and a short walk to many points of interest like the Martin Luther King Center, and the Atlanta Aquarium. I really had a nice time and will be staying here again the next time that I return to Atlanta.

We really loved everything about our stay. I guess the only thing was trying to figure out how to get the temperature in the room just right for us, but I wouldn't necessarily consider that a negative.

The Sheraton is quite expensive at approx $400 per night, but that seems to be the "going rate" in central Atlanta. The decor is a bit tired however the room was comfortable: very good bed; excellent shower and lovely products in bathroom. The pool and pool area was really nice and very warm so despite, winter, lovely to relax in. Breakfast was good. Service very good. We arrived early in morning and got a room straightaway. We also got a check out at 2pm on our final day so on the whole we were pleased. Location was great with easy access to train station and good restaurants close by.
