Had to fly out before the breakfast, I've heard great things though and the menu of previous days looked good. The Lady at the front desk, Tonne was her name(?Spelling?) She was Most Helpful, & worked great with us, because we checked in late. Shuttle service was spot on!! Nice gentleman, also...

They are upgrading, THAT'S a Good thing. Just some minor inconveniences, pool was out, rooms may be dated for the arrogant type of folk( you know who you are, lol) But if your patient and understanding, you well have a great stay...

Couldn't stand on balcony. Pool closed too early. Bed was very hard

The staff here were very friendly. We forgot to take our coat with us when we left the room but fortunately Clayton and the team retrieved it for us and kept it safe for our return trip to the airport. Thank you so much!

Everything was good most of the front desk staff was very helpful always had a smile on their face when you enter the door speaking enjoyed their job but my five star staff member was I don't remember her name but she's expecting us bundle of joy she was my favorite the other two young lady in the gentleman that just started it was great too but there's a few that you couldn't even speak to them he won't speak back it's okay I'm a friendly person but other than that this was a great Hotel manager was great got a chance to meet him he was a great manager great guy

Only thing I didn't like because I stayed there for about 3 weeks while I was in the city of Atlanta just some of the staff wasn't friendly asked him a question or say hello they just looked at you like you just stranger but I'm a people's person I like to greet and feel like I'm at home you know but other than that and then when I call front desk I would like somebody to pick up sometimes the first couple of nights when I was trying to call and nobody will pick up then I will call with my landline phone try to call that way nobody pick up but again other than that it's a great Hotel

Nice standard hotel, with the expected facilities and prestations.

The airport shuttle almost gave us a heart attack. Was supposedly coming as soon as we asked, I even specified the time at the front desk when checking in the day before and before going to breakfast the day of check-out. The shuttle took 55 minutes arriving at pick us up (and then there's the trip itself), with the front desk guy at first doing nothing, and then when I became insistent calling the driver to ask where he was but not telling me anything about it afterwards. Thank goodness we had taken extra time in case this happened, but still. Stressful and frustrating, would not recommend this hotel if you want a stress-free stay close to the airport.

That a shuttle service was available. That the hotel was not far from airport. The size of hotel room, shower and bed were extremely nice. The pool was beautiful and I appreciated that there was a gift shop available inside the hotel. The front desk clerk upon arrival was very professional and knowledgeable, direct but knowledgeable.

There were stains on pillow cases and one bath towel. However, the front desk contacted housekeeping who immediately came, cleaned our room and replaced linen and towels. I also did not like the $100.00 deposit as I did not see it on the website. I also tried to pay for room with a gift card that was not accepted because it did not include my name. What gift card has the person name on it?

The staff were excellent & very helpful, breakfast was good & a great coffee machine that did espresso in lobby. Ihop, Taco restaurant, mcDonalds & petrol station within a 100 metres to 3 mins walk. 15 min journey to downtown

Airport shuttle didnt turn up enroute to hotel but great co-ordinator there resolved that, going back it turned up 30 mins late of booking made with front desk staff ( then suggested 'a tip' would get him to drop me off at the international terminal) advised i only tip for great service & took the free inter terminal shuttle provided instead; just make sure you have plenty of time.

I have stayed for a minimum of 4 nights in November, January, and now again in February. The atmosphere of the hotel is very relaxed and laid back. This is not something that can be purchased. The staff and accomodations make this location feel cozy. Not to mention the delicious breakfast served daily. Truly a gem conveniently located near the airport.

I do appreciate the fact that the cleaning staff only comes to the room when asked or at check out. I just wish there was a place on each floor to throw away trash so I don't have to have housekeeping come to my room JUST to throw away my trash.

Best breakfast I have ever had at a budget hotel. My first breakfast had warm scrambled eggs and sausage links and patties. I had the links. I also had yogurt and banana on my cereal. I also had cold white milk 2%. Everything I could have wanted. I thanked the hosts for a very good breakfast. The second day I had cheese omelet with bacon and a chicken burger that was very good. Again I had yogurt and banana with my cereal. More than I could expected. As I said before I have never had such a great breakfast at a budget hotel.

Parking was not close. What I mean is that by the time I parked all the close spaces were taken. I though the bed was hard. Some might like a hard bed. The pillows were fluffy but small.
