Close to the airport and the room was nice, clean and quiet. Bathroom had Dove products to use which was really nice and helpful. Shower was large (no bathtub).

When I called the front desk to inform them that we were close to the shuttle pickup area, they said they wouldn't send it until we were physically there. So then we had to wait another 15 minutes for them to finally come (in the rain and cold - even though the area was "covered"), when it could have been less as we informed them we were walking towards the shuttle area.

Proximity to airport is great for early arrivals/departures. The shuttle to and from airport was prompt and driver was welcoming. The hotel attendee was able to accommodate our request of early checkin. Hotel/room was clean all around. Our trip was quick but our stay couldn’t have been any better.

We weren’t able to take advantage of the continental breakfast. The ending time was 9:30AM. Maybe extending time until 10:30 would be better for late risers.

We were most impressed with the friendly & very helpful staff. Laekia at the front desk helped us sign up for parking our car on the property while we were out of country for 10 days. Janette went out of her way to give us information about contacting airport shuttle when we returned to US. And the shuttle driver, Shabree was waiting for us at the airport when we returned after 24 hrs of exhausting travel. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and we really loved the lemon/cucumber ice water offered to the guests in the lobby. We plan to stay at this Holiday Inn every time we travel out of Atlanta airport. Excellent service and stay!

We had a little trouble getting our room 509 cool enough.

As I've heard, hotels around ATL are disaster... This one is great. Big room, very clean (no insect, no bugs,...), comfortable. Furnishing is in very good condition. Cinnamon rolls for breakfast are yummy.

Shuttle from and to the airport isn't on regular basis. I would prefer that much more. Calling them was a great stress for me - as a foreigner I had problems to understand and I had to ask airport staff to call them (airport staff is awesome!) - roaming would be incredibly expensive. We were lucky not to wait too long, just about 10 minutes... (some other guests call them earlier and waited about 30 mins). Coffe/tea machine was difficult to use for us, but it's probably just our problem. Bed is huge, just too soft for as. Everyone prefers something else. AC control green light was slightly disturbing in the night. Minor issue.

Location is close to the airport, airport shuttle offered. Reception has advised it would take 15 mins approx, however with the volume of traffic around the aiport it is closer to 45 mins (no fault of hotel). Note the shuttle only drops to domestic however you can get a connecting bus to internation departures (additional time also). The room was very spacious and all areas were spotless. Great spread for breakfast. Coffee available in the room and reception. For other travellers, this is outside of downtown Atlanta, airport side.

Had no issues during our stay. Our flight was cancelled so as a result we returned to the hotel for an additional night (I think that shows we were happy with the amenities).

The WiFi worked exceptionally well the bed was devine! Bathroom was spacious and very nice. The breakfast was hot fresh and many choices. On time and looked delicious (I was on the Daniel's fast). The staff was so friendly and I love the fact they looked me in the eye as they spoke to me. Respect 🙏🏽. I have made it my hotel anytime I am in the area. And the Manager... Yes. Had no problem fixing a error concerning my stay. He went above and beyond. 🙏🏽😍. Gave me points and a gorgeous smile. Made my day and he didn't even know it. The atmosphere there was Amazing and in the moment of walking in the door the energy was awesome and I knew I was in the perfect place for me 💜🌈♋😍.

There's absolutely nothing I can say I didn't like. However in the professional opinion of a EVS attendant I would have liked for the bathroom to be sanitize and disinfected. I'm very detail attentive and I don't like it when I see previous guests hair or toe nails. I understand we are all human and fall short of the Glory sometimes but too many stands out to me like a state trooper. I carry my own cleaning products for those type situations because it's nothing to do myself. It's not to the point where I had to complain.

I will always stay here every time I travel to Atlanta.. rooms are very comfortable and clean .. I rate it an 10

They have a free shuttle to the airport, so we used that, and we are thankful we didn’t need to bring a vehicle to leave there while we were gone or get an Uber.

The bed was hard, but the pillows were great! The breakfast opened at 6, but our shuttle was at six, so we got to eat a couple bites. It was nice and hot. Just wish we could’ve eaten more before we had to leave.

very noisy - but hey - near an airport which was my choice. staff friendly great location for eats room clean!

because my reservations were made on line - NO changes could be made. (Since making the reservations I had broken my leg and ask to be near an elevator - but since no changes could be made they could not accommodate - so we were at the last room at the end of hallway)

Jeanette was so friendly and helpful! She even called up to the room to confirm it was perfect and that we were all set! Great customer service at this location!

It was tricky to find the property as GPS indicated to turn onto a street, but there wasn’t a street sign and it appeared to be the ihop parking lot instead of a street. Perhaps some better signage at the turn would fix that?
