Great area just above River Street. (The steps to go up and down to the river area with lots of shops and restaurants are very steep.) There is a parking garage just next to the valet parking and another one on the other side of the square – it cost us $23 for 19 hours. We loved the roof top pool and the view from up there.

I understand prices are higher in cities, but this was more than double from some other very similar hotels we stayed in during our trip. Top that off with a $39 valet parking and it's really expensive.

The location of the hotel is perfect. We left the car parked most of the time, A decent breakfast with an A+ for Gail, the flawless breakfast attendant. Very attentive, friendly, always "UP". The cleanness was very good too and also the staff.

Three things holds me to give an excellent experience: 1 - High price for "valet parking" and I had my car's door scratched. They filled um a form for investigation but didn't take responsibility for that; 2 - The room was tight for a king size bed and the AC making noise as a washer machine (not too loud but annoying); 3 - Even though having a nice smart TV we couldn't watch any video. It seemed it was connected to those "cheap" digital antennas, always freezing images,

Location was great! Right across from River Road and very easy to walk to where we needed to go. Roof top pool has the best view of the area! Staff was friendly and always willing to help...they keep the hotel very clean!

I didn't care to pay $78 to park for two days. There is a parking ramp next door that four hotels use for valet parking and where workers park, so they restrict ppl from parking in there until after 5pm on weekdays. You are pretty much obligated to do valet because of the parking in the area.

Exceeded our expectations in that it was just the right size & comfortable. Front desk was very helpful; the Concierge Lady was a joy to work with and did anything to please us, as well as the young lady serving, stocking and cleaning the breakfast area. It was perfectly centered for our walking around Historic Savannah and boy did we walk. We are 71 & 75 and put in 9200 steps before getting on a tourist bus. Would only use this Hotel in our future trips to Savannah. Mike & Chris

Our short stay had to end - - - next time we'll plan better and stay longer.

The location was great and the air condition was wonderful since it was a hot humid weekend. The roof top pool gave a nice relaxing way to end the evening with wonderful views of the city and the river. Sunsets were stunning.

While it was a little beyond their control but the elevator kept going out. One is completely down and the other went out but was able to be fixed. Being a hotel with 9 floors is a long way up. It was fixed in a relativity quick time.

We loved our river view room. The location is perfect and in close proximity to the riverfront, restaurants, and other attractions in the Historic District. The parking garage next to the hotel is very reasonable; we parked the vehicle and walked everywhere the entire week. The staff was friendly and very accommodating when we needed extra supplies/towels.

The breakfast could’ve been better; it was very basic, but free. On the last day, we decided to eat breakfast at a nearby cafe.

Loved our view of the river, from 7th floor. Staff was great. Room was great. Loved the afternoon free cookies, really good. Valet service was good. The downside, which we found happening at all 3 hotels we stayed at on our trip, went from having 2 working elevators, to only one, due to difficulty getting parts. This seems to be a problem a lot of places, so not likely fault of hotel. Maybe hotels need to have more elevators, because one working is not enough.

I missed having a written hotel guide in the room - for example to tell me hours for breakfast, hours the pool was open. A basic street map showing places of interest, restaurants would have been helpful. A TV guide for channels would have been helpful for technology challenged people like me ! The mattress on my bed was not great - I could feel the springs !

Very convenient location for exploring Savannah. Room was good size, beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The rooftop pool has a great view over the river. Public parking garage next door was very convenient and reasonably priced. The cinnamon rolls at breakfast were excellent.

Hotel has very expensive valet-only parking which we avoided by parking next door, to avoid having to wait for someone to bring us our car.

The room was very clean. I hate a bathroom with rogue hairs in the tub, on the floor, etc. The bathroom was nice and clean just as it should have bee. Our beds were made and the towels were replaced. I wasn't expecting this. Happy to know this is being done again.

The mattress was a little uncomfortable. Do you every flip or spin the mattresses to help them wear evenly? The other bed squeaked a little.
