Red Roof Inn Valdosta - University

Not Red Roof’s problem but they did not have our reservation. They did honor the information sent to us by Booking.com but there is a problem with someone’s booking system. We are just glad they were not full.

the place was clean the AC was great wifi worked parking was good too it was loud outside because it seems that a lot of people live in that place and they often chill outside on the balcony

the first room had a slow sink and bathtub drain. when we let them know they offered to come with a plunger to fix it. we told them we want another room. they said no problem. we thought we had to go back down to get a new key and move all our stuff to a room further away. however they actually brought the key up to us and placed us in the room right next door which made it easier to move our things.

I stay here every so often even tho I live in the same city. It is so clean and I've gotten to know most of the staff. I was so surprised the first time I was there, at how clean, nice, and comfortable it is. I love the people that work here. After my stay last night, and upon checking out, i got to know them better. They are the best. And it is quiet also. It is the best value hotel in Valdosta, at the rate they charge, and how clean it always is. If you come to this city, you must stay here. 💯

I liked everything.

I have traveled the world during my professional years and never haver have I had a hotel staff treat me more like family. This more than made up for any little tiny things we could have found wrong with the room. Any time we asked for something, it was done immediately. A+++

There were some tiny improvements to the room which my wife as an ex hotel maid communicated privately. Nothing major.

Closer to my family nice location very peaceful the staff is very nice very well respected and it make smile and a joke with me which is very very good everybody need a laugh sometimes but I will definitely come back again because my next trip is next month in July and I will be there for a while adventurous trip and that's going to be my permanent stay from here on out so keep up the good work and keep it going

I am a stickler about the room being clean, & I did not have to "scrub the bathroom" before I used it 😇 I'm a superv in a industrial cleaning co, so I carry supplies with me, and in today's world u would not BELEAVE the hotel staff that still do not clean the bathrooms properly, now if u r looking for the omni nope not here, but if u are looking for comfort, clean,reasonably priced, and a staff that is friendly and professional then u can find all of that here.

I like that it was very clean and organized how I asked it to be. And that they came right up and changed the sheets.

I didn’t like the fact that I checked the beds and some of the sheets and pillowcases were dirty.

The hot tub was very good that what we were looking for during our stay.Our room was very clean and didn't have a oder to the room either something that we were very happy about.

Friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable. On the plus side there are washers and dryers to use.
