The hotel is in a beautiful location, overlooking Hapuna Beach. We watched the sunrise over the water each morning. It has great facilities; the gym is well equipped, there are complimentary laundry services for guests, ideal for those travelling long haul, an on site medical centre and great pools. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and have a large fridge which allowed us to stock up on a few items from the local shop. We also appreciated the complimentary water bottles and numerous water filling stations, which allowed us to avoid plastic bottles.

Nothing really. The buffet breakfast feels very expensive, but there are plenty of other options which are more reasonable.

The breakfast was good i would say typical american breakfast with many options- nothing exceptional but overall very good quality. The location was amazing, right on a beautiful beach- great choice for some beach days. The ocean view room was quiet, modern, good quality. Liked that they have purified water machines on every floor. Views from the resort are beautiful.

Nothing i didnt really like. The fact that you pay a daily fee to park your car even if you choose to self park makes little sense to me. Also one of the front desk ladies was rude when i kindly ask to give me a towel she returned a rude "what?" but overall the personnel was very kind so thats an isolated person. I think great choice for people who want to stay on the beach and get rest. You need to drive a good amount to reach places of interest.

Beautiful property with close access to the Hapuna beach - cant beat that. Friendly staff. Awesome breakfast buffet and restaurant food. Great that they have free self service laundry.

Room service food was average - soba noodles was drenched in oil. Another negative was that they charged a hidden fee every day which went to a fund to maintain the trees. Though this was a nominal charge of about 5 dollars, it was not mentioned to me. I also came to know later that I could opt out. The lack to transparency to me is unethical.

Beautiful resort. Loved having an adult only pool as well as beach access with chairs and umbrellas. Nicely equipped fitness center.

Despite the high cost to stay there, I felt "nickel and dimed" throughout our stay. Charged for parking, charged a resort fee, yoga was advertised as a perk, but it was an additional charge. Breakfast buffet was obscenely priced for very mediocre food. For close to $700 per night, the additional charges felt unnecessary.

The view when you walk in is amazing. The checkin process is seamless and fast. Stores are well equipped, the breakfast buffet is great. The rooms are good. Beaches and pools are well maintained and easily accessible.

The service can be a bit slow and inconsistent at the restaurants and bars. The Piko bar staff aren’t very friendly and are selective on who they serve at the tables. The Meridia service is incredibly slow. the food is great and the servers friendly but it took an hour to receive the bottle of wine we ordered, especially when you compare it to the service at Copper Bar at its sister resort. Ikena Landing and room service food isn’t all that great. I received a bill for breakfast every morning that they had to reverse because I had bought a package with breakfast included.

This is a beautiful hotel, really liked the layout, a lot outside, good size bedrooms, big balcony. We had a premier ocean front 721, very good. Pool restaurant excellent, really good menu selection. Liked all the water refill stations. My teenage son really rated the gym.

The buffet breakfast was very average, not worth it. Found some better places in the local area. Big shout out for Ken’s pancake house in Hilo (bit of a drive but if planning a volcano day, have breakfast once you are there).

Everything is good. And location is perfect. There is a shuttle to go Dinner near shared hotel. .

But cost was wrong. When I bought a few liquid and costed the price in the hotel shop But the wrong cost( no my cost) charged my final bill. I didn't check the list at that time. And I found it later.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Kenji at the reception accommodated all our extras. Pools and beach access are great for swimming and relaxing. Breakfast buffet had a large variety of sweet and savory food, including fresh fruit, a la carte omelette, waffles, pastries, potatoes,

Location, balcony with table for laptops made for a wonderful start each day. Even though there were many families with children, the adult pool was buffered from the sounds of children playing in the family pool, creating a beautiful sanctuary.

Better in room coffee.

The location, the beach, the food, the view, the easiness to snorkel, the services and super friendly staff. I like how they put a set of table and chairs as well as a day bed in the balcony. A lot of times we were just lie there and relax, feeling the breeze from the sea, watching the sunset, scrolling the screens, etc. The hotel hosted a thanksgiving buffet, which is extremely helpful to us. We travelled as a family consists of 9 people and we did not plan for the thanksgiving dinner since we weren't sure about our schedules. We thought we would retreat to room services. The hotel really saved us with the buffet! And everyone gets to relax and take a lot of group pictures at the dinner.

Occasional ants, but it's an island, it's a beach, that's pretty much expected. And the hotel reacts quickly to treat them.
