I believe I can't name just one thing, it is a beaitiful place, with so many trees, We specially love the quiet afternoons walks to the pool, and all our suite

We have stayed here before and would come back again! The grounds are well kept and rooms were clean. The front desk was very prompt to bring additional toiletries/kitchen supplies when requested. Nice location! Joy, the resort event coordinator, is the BEST!!! She is kind and takes pride in what she does! We attended the welcome party. We also joined her to made fans and recycled bottle cap leis/bracelets. Our girls loved it!

We used the BBQ grills many times for cooking. The unita could really benefits from bbq utensils (stainless steel tongs, spatula, fork). I was worried each time we used the plastic spatula in the unit that it would melt.

This is a time share property and we had a lovely 2 bedroom/2bath condo with a large living room, full kitchen and huge covered lanai with dining table.

There were several attempt to “encourage” us to attend a sales presentation on buying a time share, despite our declining pretty firmly. We were given bad information on check out time and where to park which resulted in a citation and the treat of a large fine. We were able to resolve both issues but it left a bad taste in our mouths. we also had an issue at checkout with the bill-again we resolved it but left us pretty frustrated,

Property is Clean. Unit Central Air is cool and quiet. Beds are very comfortable. appliances (including washing machine and dryer) all work. Quiet location. kids loved the pool and “rock formation” hot tub. no additional charge for parking. master bath has two sinks. spacious balcony has dining table - which was great after a long day of adventures or for breakfast.

Location is 25 min walk from downtown Kona. wish it was a little closer but enjoyed the quiet. All in about usd 560 per night which is a little pricey but maybe I still getting used to 2022 inflation

The 2 bedroom unit was perfect for our family of 5. It was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well appointed. We loved sitting on the deck in the morning with our coffee and listening to the birds. Perfect place for quiet on our busy Hawaiian vacation. The location is great if you don’t want to be right on the strip of restaurants and shops, but still be in walking distance. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. They communicated with us before our arrival and during our stay through their text messaging number which was great for quick questions and answers.

It is a timeshare property so they do ask if you want to participate in a presentation, but they didn’t pressure us too badly. We declined and we went about our stay without any further questions.

The space was large and comfortable with great beds and full amenities in the kitchen. All the staff went above and beyond to help us, especially DeeDee! The pool was great and our room was right next to it. I would absolutely stay here again.

Really can’t complain. If I had to, it would be that parking fills up fast especially if you get in late you may have to walk really far.

Loved the 2 bedroom suites, location was good, close by but not quite in all the traffic and noise of the "downtown" area off Alii Drive. Loved the Mahalo Party, Joy is so beautiful.

I didn't like having to pay extra for the streaming internet service. It should just be included, especially for the prices paid

The resort was nicely landscaped and the suite was roomy with a great covered deck for dining and relaxing. The facility is a few years old, but is well maintained and a superb value. It’s a short walk to a great little surfing beach. I would definitely recommend this to others and would stay here again.

A few additional updates would give the place a better feel. Bikes would be a great added benefit to get to and from town without driving or walking in the heat.

Own apartment. Great to be able to text to get things from house keeping (towels etc).

Can hear all the air-conditioning units from the surrounding appatments. They are loud. Made sitting out on the balcony not so nice. When we first arrived after over 24 hr of travelling the concierge tried to hustle us to join club Wyndham. That was very painful. We couldn't park in front of our apartment which was not so great after I injured my foot.

Beautifully maintained, clean & spacious condos, with very comfortable beds (which is a big deal for us since three out of four have bad backs). The pools & grills were great to have access to & fun for meeting other guests. We appreciated the shed close to the office that we could borrow chairs & boogie boards from & leave when finished (along with any snorkeling gear, coolers, or beach items that we didn’t want to lug home that could be used by another guest). We’ll stay here again!

We had sugar ants, but that’s pretty common on the islands (and the ONLY reason we didn’t score it a 10). We just made sure to keep anything sweet (coffee cake, sweet bagels, cookies, etc) in the fridge and to clean up quickly after dinner. I’ll take tiny sugar ants over roaches any day.
