From the moment we walked into LondonHouse everything was excellent. The people at the front desk were kind and helpful and throughout out stay they sent us messages asking if we needed anything which I appreciated. The room was nice and we had a great view of the River walk. It is in a great location so you can easily get to places like Willis Tower or the Art Institute. Overall I would highly recommend staying here.

The only complaint would be the rooftop bar. It has great views but was always crowded whether in the afternoon or evening.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We arrived ahead of schedule and staff helpfully allowed us to check in early at no extra cost which was much appreciated. Our room had amazing views of the Chicago river and the rooftop bar has spectacular panoramic views of the city which I would recommend you visit even if you're not staying at LondonHouse.

The only drawback I'd point out is that the small water bottles provided in rooms are only free of charge for members. Just not what I would have expected for a place of this grandeur.

The rooftop and drinks are great, and the rooms are really nice! Great views with the vista rooms. Everything was very clean, and staff was extremely accommodating in offering late check out.

The spa is really the only amenity while staying here, but we couldn’t go because it was full each time we checked during our stay. There is a no smoking policy, but in the middle of the night our room reeked of cigarettes due to someone next door smoking and that smell didn’t go away.

Gorgeous hotel and rooms with stunning views of the Chicago River and beautiful buildings! Great location, safe, and walkable to local sights, restaurants, and train station to the airport. The rooftop restaurant/bar views are also amazing! The front desk staff along with the gentlemen who helped us with our luggage and directions throughout our stay were outstanding!

Perfect location and beautiful hotel! Our room was facing Chicago River on three sides and was beautiful with high end furniture and design. The hotel has a very nice lobby and a rooftop bar to get some great cocktails! I love this hotel, we will come back for sure. I only wish they had a pool

This property was central to everything along Michigan Ave. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The ambiance was perfect for relaxing and the view of the river was beautiful. The rooftop bar/lounge area was very nice and the food was AMAZING- hands down best. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved everything.

Loved staying at the Londonhouse. It was our first luxury stay vacation but not our last. We had a large king room that looked over the river. Every resturant and other great sights are all within walking distance. It was so easy to get around. Their on sight resturants were amazing as well. Definitely a stay I will remember forever.

For a relatively newish hotel, the room and decor seemed oddly worn. Little touches (like a malfunctioning vanity mirror, shower that didn't get very hot, inconsistent service (sometimes no one would answer the front desk phone, we put the tag on the door for breakfast before the stated time and no one ever got our order, etc) keep this hotel from being excellent.

The London House has beautiful river views and is in a excellent location. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at LH, and every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. Simply, a lovely time.

Letters on the hotel across the street were annoying, so we just didn’t look there.

Everything was excellent! Staff very accommodating, everything clean, great rooftop bar and food, close to corner bakery and Starbucks, proximity to everything made walking everywhere easy and pleasant. Upscale! Friendly. Overall wonderful experience and no hesitation about doing again!
