i was really happy with the location. it was right by the venue we came to town for and was super accessible by foot. we also had late night cravings and having two 7-elevens and a subway closeby were awesome

there was a little weirdness with the tvs and the fridge when we got there, but that was resolved quickly. also, for whatever reason, our room didnt have body wash in the shower, but i imagine that was an oversight

I really enjoy everything about this hotel. It is one of the only places I can actually sleep comfortably besides my home. But the star is unbeatable. There is no comparison to this level of customer service. They are full service and can accommodate any need even without the restaurant that I'm sure is coming but the location is so central you are surrounded by all the good food anyway and with all the apps it's not a real issue. This is the spot to be and the only one I'll use. Highly recommend.... you won't regret it.

Nothing i didn't like!

We loved the convenience of a restaurant/bar inside of the hotel, as well as the eateries within walking distance. Additionally, the front desk receptionist was awesome (she put us on the highest floor due to maintenance and notified us of hours that work may be performed). That definitely doesn't always happen. Normally, we're notified once awakened by drills, furniture moving, etc...so happy she let us know.

The parking situation was awful. Limited parking was available on the streets, but there's a public parking garage across the street in which we ended up getting stuck in the elevator for over 20 min. Chicago FD had to come get us out. There was no one readily available to discuss, but parking was free the next day because the electronic arm wouldn't let us out of the garage🙄

Location is very good, close to river and city center. It is also convenient to order Uber or go for dinner. The room structure is also good. Bed is comfortable. Coffee and machine is provided.

But the room cleaning service is very confusing. I don't want the room cleaning and told receptionist. However, the cleaning staff still got in my room and threw away my personal towel. It is very bad experience. I am very angry of this.

Room was comfortable for 4 people. We did not spend much time in our room. Location was great. Felt safe even after dark.

Could have used more pillows. The bathroom accommodations were pretty cramped for 4 people, limited space. Room was very warm at night. Lowest thermostat setting was 67. Nothing we could not adapt to.

it was in a good location from things to do. also was a comfortable room. Pretty much all the staff were very nice and caring people and offered us a solution to a problem with our air / heat for our first night there.

it was just very loud at night the windows need to be more sound proof in my opinion. The fan in the bathroom was also very loud all night and you can’t turn it off.

The hotel was in a perfect location for walking or taking the train for site seeing. It's also surrounded by lots of restaurants and bars. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very spacious and clean, equipped with a refrigerator and microwave. The rooms also looked recently renovated. We were allowed to check in early, check out late and they stored our luggage after check out.

The restaurant was closed due to renovations.

I really appreciated Vanessa at the front desk. She apologized for the pool being closed, advised us on dinner and stored our bags for us the day we checked out. Always cheerful and helpful!

We were awfully sad that the pool was closed. I specifically booked it because it had a pool and online booking DID NOT state that it was closed, like others in area. They should have disclosed it.

The service! Even though they couldn't give us connecting rooms, they got us close together and let us check in early so we can get ready for our day!

The sofa bed is a bit uncomfortable - and our view was of another building and a roof. But other than that the rooms were a great value!

Amazing location, next to magnificent mile and chicago loop. Friendly staff, which helped as a lot with the receipts. We only stayed for one night, so we didn't actually use many services provided.
