Rooms were good. Facilities were good. Staff were mainly helpful.

Communication with hotel was a little hit and miss. Messaged and emailed hotel prior to arrival about transport from airport to hotel but recieved no response. Even at airport when airport staff tried to ring for us there were problems. Finished up taking two hours to get to hotel by the shuttle because of this. A further stay was better.

This hotel was much better than expected. Yes, it is only 2 star and yes it is a bit outdated, but it's a budget hotel so you can not expect a 5 star place. For what it was though, it was great value, the receptionist was EXTREMLY nice and helpful, the room was comfortable and did the job. And also they have a free shuttle from the airport running every 30 minutes which was amazing and we used it to get there. Overall, it completely exceeded my expectations.

the furniture is outdated, but then again, we didn't expect any different so it was fine. there is no breakfast at the hotel but dunkin donuts is less than 10mins walk away.

I have had really late checkins due to flights and the staff is always friendly & efficient when I arrive.. The shuttle to the airport is convenient, (pickup is every 20-25 min). The restaurant staff is always friendly & it's a nice atmosphere to hang out after a long day of travel.

Some of the rooms could use some maintenance (torn lampshades, chipped paint, etc) and it would be helpful if the shuttle pickup was more frequent and the automated instructions were more specific but it's still a nice feature I'm willing to wait for (hotel shuttles are a different location than where the taxi & car pickups are - it's across the street where the Hilton Hotel/cta is and has a building that you can wait in if it's cold)

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was close to where I was going, and was just south enough of the airport where you didn't hear the planes taking off. Would stay there again.

I could go out the door at the end of my hallway, but it wouldn't let me back in. And this door was the closest to where I parked. And the whole building looked like it could use a make-over. It was clean, but a bit run down.

location was good for Shriners hospital. the beds were very comfortable. Had to switch rooms due to issues with the in-room fire alarm. 1st room was kinda musty- water damage in bathroom. 2nd room much fresher

Young lady at the front desk was competent, but seemed less than worried with the satisfaction of customers- showed little empathy with issues.

Shuttle bus!! It is very convenient and works 24/7. Room was clean enough for the price. No insects spotted.

I didn’t like communication of shuttle bus schedule. They don’t say anything on the website and provide confusing information when calling them. If you arrive in terminal 5, please make sure to call them, it seems that the shuttle doesn’t run regularly there. Also, they offer only hot coffee for breakfast, nothing else. Description was misleading.

it was conveniently close to the airport which is why I chose it

they charged me more then I was quoted on the booking.com app and I tried to get a copy of my receipt and was told when I leave but then they said they’ll email it. never got it

Girl in the front desk was so nice and always helpful. Room was nice and clean and has microwave, and other facilities that really help for travelers! It’s near the bus stop too, and has airport shuttle! Location is ok, few minutes by bus to Rosemont station which has blue line that takes you to downtown!

Washer was good but the dryer wasn’t.. it left my clothes wet. Location is ok but there’s nothing near the hotel, you have to walk at least 15 mins or ride a bus.

The property was in a convenient location and well maintained.

one thing that would have made my stay a 10 would be if there was en elevator, carrying our luggage up the stairs was a bit of a hassle.

I like that the location wasn’t too far from the airport and every place I had to visit was literally 15 mins away so it was definitely convenient. The staff was nice and housekeeping was always ready to clean your room.

The only thing is that the location needs a face lift because I saw that the door across the hall from my room was unevenly closed to the point where you could see inside their room. Plus, the water in the shower was kind of clogged and wouldn’t drain quickly like it should. Other than that for the price I paid, it was worth it for 3 nights.
