A full breakfast was provided which was great. They had a good selection of items and there was friendly staff around to ensure everything was well stocked. The coffee was good too! The staff there were excellent!

Some of the outlets in our room didn't work - it was not a big deal but we were trying to charge our devices. I'm not sure of the area but our internet was connection was low - the wifi worked decently but for some reason my phone could only get one bar. Again - not a big deal as there were computers in the lobby that worked great!

Excellent location. Only 7 miles from the airport. Clean and welcoming. Hotel built in 2018 so it still feels new. Room was spotless and modern. Bed was very comfortable and I had a great experience there. Anthony at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. Reasonable nightly rates. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again. I live in Michigan and was bringing my son to the airport so I booked this hotel after checking out other nearby options. I've had good experiences at other Holiday Inn Express hotels and opted for this one. Thank you for a nice stay.

A reliable, predictable quality airport hotel. However, I used it for my stay in Chicago, the price was excellent and 35-40 min drive to/from downtown was not a big deal. There are spacious rooms, many electric outlets, a working table, a sofa, a luggage rack, a big shower, a microwave, tea/coffee in the room, a snack store in the lobby, and an ice dispenser on every floor. The rooms are well insulated from the outside noise coming mostly from the O'Hare runways and aprons. An extra curtain helps keep the bright light out. Free parking is outside the hotel on a first-come-first-served basis.

Well, any airport hotel gets a bit of wear and tear, as most people stay only one night, there is much luggage, etc. Overall the room was clean, but not spotless.

Warm welcome when I arrived late at night. Great breakfast, generous with a vast choice of cold and cooked products. I particularly like being able to take the breakfast with me as I didn’t have much time before I took the shuttle to the airport. That was also an awesome service.

The shuttle was only every 45 mins, so I missed the one I should have caught. There is nothing around the hotel, so only good for. One night stay in my opinion.

The room was spacious and we had plenty of storage for our things. There was a chaise and a desk with a chair. The breakfast was yummy and hot and well stocked. There were lots of options: sausage, egg tacos (my husband's term lol), potatoes, cereal yogurt, and hard-boiled eggs.

The parking lot was for 2 hotels and was completely full when we returned for the night. People use it for overnight parking for the airport

We enjoyed our stay . The staff was very friendly and hospitable. The room was comfortable and clean . The location was convenient approx 5 mins to Rte 290. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. I would definitely recommend .

The room was a standard size so it would be nice if it was a bit roomier. Also it was very hot in the building to the point I had to turn on the AC in the room for a while to cool it down each night.

The property was extremely clean and modern. Front desk staff was amazing. lady in the night offered me a late check out bc I missed my flight. Arturo during the day was wonderful. Very polite, made an adjustment to my room rate bc the bathroom had some cleanliness issues when I checked in. Thanks for knowing top notch customer service, Arturo.

When I checked in, there was something undesirable in the toilet and the bath tub had some hair. Outside of that, hotel exceeded expectations

Extremely clean room and facilities, super comfortable bed and I loved that they had dove skincare products. Just a bit outside of Chicago was a great deal and other than little road noise was incredibly quiet. I also really appreciated the fridge in the room.

Amazing breakfast, very clean and tidy inside and outside my room, decent location and decent price. Overall a very positive experience, one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in cleanliness-wise.

The manager was a bit rude and inattentive with customers, about the only negative thing I could say. Rest of the team was great.

The staff was helpful, the building was decently clean and new. As everything holiday express offers nationwide. Fairly close to I-290 to get downtown. Quiet neighborhood.

The ac was loud and had unbearable rotating noise. The elevator had some unpleasant vibration during braking.
