1. Great location very close to the airport. 2. Clean room and bathroom 3. Shuttle service to the airport 4. Very kind and professional staff - we had an issue with our credit and debit cards during check-in (transactions declined by the bank). Quite stressful for us, especially that it was 1 am and our small kids were almost asleep on the lounge sofa. the staff were very polite, still allowed us to check in even if our cards didn’t work, advised us to contact the bank and come back with payment next morning. It all worked in the end, very grateful for their kind and professional attitude

Amazing staff, especially the bellman that is very kind and helpful, and a truly a good guy. I needed a lot of help with mobility due to being disabled, and I was not familiar with the area, so I was having a hard time. The bellman went above and beyond and I wouldn't have been able to make it to Amtrak on time if it wasn't for his kindness in helping me find handicapped accessible transportation. Thank you all for helping my bad day turn into a good day. And the suites are amazing, very comfortable beds, and extra large rooms. AMAZING FOOD TOO!! One of the best meals I've ever had, and it was even via room service. A very kind, professional delivery man also.

The bus that has the handicap accessibility needs to be fixed. Many disabled people can't step up steps, even just one is tough for some.

Excellent staff and service. They were able to accommodate us last minute too when American Airlines ended up stranding us in Chicago for two days during the holidays. They were even able to get us clean laundry with their dry cleaning service on Christmas Eve.

Some of the food was beautiful, but really didn’t taste good. An example, their pizza looked so beautiful, but was so flavorless that neither me my son ate more than a bite or two and most of it ended up in the trash.

I loved where the property was located and how gorgeous it was. It was right in the middle of town and by the airport so I loved it because we could watch the planes come in and out. I love doing that. It was also an easy checkin and the staff was great!

Everything was fine. If I had to mention one thing it would be that the water pressure was low and the hot water took a minute to get hot. other than that I loved the hotel!

I really liked the tiled walk in shower with the rain shower fixture. The beds were comfy. The hotel was stylish with a high ceilinged dramatic lobby. The hotel shuttle was convenient. We were able to check out slightly late after making a request to the front desk. The server in the restaurant accommodated us when we asked to sit in a closed off section of the restaurant that was safer for us in terms of covid.

The margarita from the bar was made with a mix-- true craft cocktails are made from scratch. But for a mix, it was pretty tasty. I also wish they offered outdoor seating for eating even if I had to carry my food outside.

besides one of the bellhop men, front desk staff seemed uninterested and annoyed at helping with the parking validation(which wasn’t clear instructions when it came to leaving) and missing keys. I requested a box fan and there was none at property. a guest around our room was singing and talking so loud and could hear through vents in bathroom.

Hotel has a free shuttle service to/from the airport that runs every 15 minutes. It's 10 minutes between hotel and airport. Shuttle drivers were friendly and helpful. Hotel is beautiful, clean, comfortable. Staff were all friendly. Safe area to stay with several restaurants on site and a outlet mall within walking distance. Highly recommend.

I would have liked a better price.

No doorman (helps with luggage and get tips) to help us/seniors with luggage before 7am. Unfortunately we've to take 7am shuttle to the airport. My husband has Parkinson and has to use a walker to walk. I've to push the luggage cart all by myself and no help from the front desk men, one of them told me that the doorman's shift starts after 7am. Fortunately the shuttle bus driver saw us and helped us a lot after we got out of the front door.

The staff was helpful, friendly and informative. They assisted me in every way and made my stay very nice.

The television reception was poor and the ice machine on our floor did not work four of the five days but those were minor issues and were outweighed by the positives.

There was a loose fitting on the A/C vent that caused it to rattle. Came up with a McGyver-esque fix otherwise it would have kept me up all night.
