They were very accommodating with an early check-in and late check-out. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful with any questions I had.

The shuttle doesn’t operate on the schedule they say it does. It didn’t even show up when I arrived, I didn’t see it for over an hour even though the hotel said it was on its way and eventually I just ordered a Lyft. When I was going to the airport the front desk said it would be out front on the hour but it wasn’t there until 20-after. It’s also not labeled very clearly for the Hilton, it has a big M on it for the Marriott down the street since it services both hotels.

Loved this hotel! We typically stay at Hyatt and enjoyed the more laidback and relaxed feel of this hotel. Will definitely be staying here moving forward. Staff was much friendlier and facilities were more family friendly.

1. I wish there would have been a few inflatable closures available for sale in the convenience shop. Love when hotels offer that. 2. The hotel is a 7 minute bus ride from the airport on the hotel shuttle. It had a restaurant and bar and the room was spacious and fully fitted with coffee machine, TV with many channels, a cache of coffee and tea, a sitting area and a very comfortable King bed. The staff were very good and we got a late checkout to 1 pm.

The price of breakfast items was too high. A bowl of chopped fruit, a very small croissant and a coffee each for two people cost over $40 including tax. Add a couple of pancakes and a egg and bacon muffin or bagel each and you may be facing a bill of $100, which seems rather excessive and probably explains why few others were at breakfast. The other issue was that I had problems with my cell phone and had to borrow someone's phone to call the front desk late at night to get the hotel shuttle sent, but all I got was a voice message telling me to give my phone details and wait for a call back. Clearly I couldn't do that. Luckily there was another lady at the bus stop who said she had called for the bus - lucky because it was the last shuttle for the night, at 11.45 pm.

Staff were very much helpful even through some confusions the atmosphere is exceptional plus having a Starbucks built in is always convenient. Rooms were good absolutely love the shower head in our bathroom.

I understand when coming to Illinois extra fees come with the territory given that Chicago is their crowning Jewel but I just didn't appreciate the extra charges. So when selling your hotel for some future advice please add the price so we'll know what we're getting into. Beds could use an upgrade.

the restaurant was excellent. The hostess was super. The waitstaff was friendly. The staff on the desk were very helpful getting our room switched and helping us get a taxi quite a few times.

First room we checked into was not cleaned. There was goop on the floor then smeared. The coffee maker was not cleaned and no packs of coffee

The staff were so friendly and helpful. They remembered us and greeted us as we passed them in the lobby. That was a nice touch. Overall, this was one of the cleanest hotels I've ever visited. The hotel restaurant was backed up, but our waiter/bartender did such a great job of taking care of everyone by himself.

I never leave reviews but this was the BEST hotel I ever stayed in. Not only did they have a Starbucks , the service at the entire hotel was top tier . You can text their staff for service such as room service , housekeeping , checkout etc and it was clean beyond belief . Everyone had smiling faces and made sure I had everything I needed . They also provided a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport and they are across the street from EVERY attraction and restaurant you could think of .

top floor has a pool with nearly a 360 view of ohare which is pretty cool, pool only goes 4.5 feet deep though.

security guards were on edge always giving people dirty looks and staring them down, it wasnt just my group anyone that happened to walk past the guard would get a staredown. we were told that next time we come to ohare we should book at another hotel as this on is for "buisness people"

The room was very nice, clean and well decorated. The bathroom was large and the bed was comfortable.

I didn't like having to pay $29 a night to park in their parking lot. I wasn't told about this at the time I booked. There was also no way to adjust the temperature in the room and it was too hot. There is no microwave or fridge and no pen or paper at the desk.

Check-in was very easy with staff giving excellent directions. My host checked in with me after I reached my room and answered any questions I had.

Price of parking was too high. Also, Shuttle driver didn't show at all for the first appt. of the day at the airport, then did a roll-by the second time, leaving my son standing there. He called the desk and they returned to pick him up.
