The staff at the reception was a great gentle man and was a great help. The hotel is easily accessible by both public and private transportation. It was getting clean daily and our stay was satisfying. It's recommended for families and solo travelers.

The breakfast was very basic, but thanks at least they provided. As now the COVID era is over may be they can bring back normal breakfast

just the location and thankfully Dunkin donut next door.

very run down, spots on comforter, broken closet door. Faucet in sink didn’t work right no matter which position you turn it is boiling hot water. never going back to this facility. AC didn’t work properly.

The staff was very kind and the rooms served there purpose. Very close the the airport adequate for a nights stay.

Did not seem up to date, air conditioner was dusty and curtains had some blood on them. I think this place just needs a good detail cleaning.

Manager was helpful and help me get a room on the lower level since I had a knee replacement. Shower had a rod in it to hold on to no fear of family

The shower head was to be detachable but they had it soldered and it was hard to pull through to clean your self more thoroughly. Room also had a weird sour smell

The reception clerk was wonderful, friendly, and extremely helpful as well as accommodating.

The tub and sink were constantly leaking which was really difficult for me to sleep through as someone who has a sensory processing disorder.

the guy in the front desk was not very lovely, but he reserved a taxi service for mi for the other day. An efficient dude I would say.

What I did not like is that he asked me for a credit card in addition to the fee I had already paid via booking, he said it was in case I broke something

Some room for not have microwave so you will have to go outside to the main lobby just to warm up food. That can be a problem when it raining or snowing

I've stayed here several times in emergency situations, and they have been available. its close to Ohare if your trying a quick trip.

I checked in around 11 PM-12 AM. The gentleman at the front desk was super super nice and helpful. He was patient to answer all of our questions and even helped me book a taxi to catch my flight at 5 AM!

O'Hare Inn & Suites is a great place to stay not only do they have friendly staff they have very clean room is very peaceful and quiet there's a couple of restaurants along the way you would have a great time here
