Embassy Suites by Hilton Chicago O'Hare Rosemont

This hotel is right in the heart of Rosemont and perfect for travelers. We stayed one night to catch a flight the next morning and enjoyed the area for dinner and the hotel for our stay. It was clean and comfortable. Bonus was the free breakfast.

The only issues we had at the property were the front desk workers: while they weren’t unpleasant they seemed unknowledgeable. We had multiple issues with getting in and out of the parking garage. Ie: were told to use our digital key but their location didn’t have a working scanner, had to go back and get a physical key (didn’t work), etc. when we asked what option was better for parking they just shrugged and then we had multiple issues. So definitely think they need to get a better understanding on parking.

Loved having a conference suite. It allowed our group to have a private place.to gather. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the location! We come for an event at the convention center every year. Room was great except for cleanliness and lack of a sizeable garbage can.

Sad that there are restrictions on the cocktail hour. I couldn't even get a drink for my brother using his ticket, because the bartender recognized that I had already been up there twice. Also, the cleanliness of the rooms are below what I am used to at a Embassy Suites. Bathroom floor was pretty dirty and I kept walking on things in the bedroom. Also, need a larger garbage can in the front room! That little bitty thing doesn't hardly hold a water bottle!

convenience; allowed us to leave a suitcase for a week since we’re coming back to stay after our trip however, the hotel changed their policy regarding leaving a luggage for more than 1 day. now, they’ll only allow 1 day. they should allow their clients to leave their luggage if the client returns and stay in their hotel after their trip.

restaurant takes a long to pick up the phone; doesn’t allow to get the 2 free drinks my wife’s share who is handicapped and was staying in the room. the barman wants her to come down to the bar to pick up her share so inconsiderate.

Location of this hotel is close to Ohare and across the street from the Rosemont / Donald E Stephens Convention Center. We go every year and have stayed here a few times now. Breakfast is good and made to order omeletts are awesome. Happy hour you get two free drinks at the bar, which makes for very long lines...they used to have rum punch in the atrium but they stopped doing that.

Room floors were pretty dirty and haven't been mopped for awhile. Also abit dusty, but not bad.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the beds were nice and comfortable and everything was clean!

The only downside we felt there was is that if you have kids with you and they are in the separate room on the pullout sofa bed, the light comes through the glass doors very early and if they are light sleepers it’s bright enough to wake them up earlier than you might like.

I would not necessarily say did not like it but the breakfast was not up to my expectations slightly diss appointed . They did not have bacon and the cheese was only thick cheddar and no plastic ware they said they did not have any so we bought our own to eat breakfast with . I know some things have changed since Covid but there should always be plastic ware in a restaurant area .

Extremely helpful staff that helped us check in early, as we arrived before the scheduled checkout time. The room was very clean and the location was perfect. We saw a concert at the Rosemont theatre, ate at Fogo de Chao and did some shopping at the outlet, all of which were only a 10 minute walk from the hotel.

Great omelette at the breakfast offering. Really friendly as well . . .

Shuttle from the airport was ineffective as we happened to fly in to the international terminal and they don’t make a stop there unless someone calls for a pickup. I had called the hotel to make sure I knew where to go and the person told me door 3 at the shuttle area and after waiting over a half hour we just took a cab over at a cost of $20. This information needs to be make more clear and specific in the directions as well as when someone calls. Then we tired to call the hotel again four more times and after selecting prompt #6 for shuttle there was no answer or it routed us back to the 800 number. This was a really bad initial impression as we were flying in from Portugal, tired and ready for bed. Fix this issue for others as aside from this it’s a good hotel with a good staff.

Very comfortable property. We stayed just one night due to a missed connecting flight at O'Hare. The staff at this location went ABOVE & BEYOND to help me resolve some issues of my own making (lost wallet in the cab that brought us to hotel + left behind lap top). Room was spacious and clean. If you are looking for a hotel close to O'Hare, don't stay anywhere else. These folks will take care of you!

I never stayed at this hotel before. I was very pleased with it. Check in was easy, very helpful staff. My room was very nice and beyond what I expected. Very friendly, efficient, and frequent airport shuttle service. The shuttle service was really first rate. Enjoyed their check-in reception with two free drinks. Food from restaurant in bar area was actually very good and reasonably priced.

Can't think of anything. The entire experience at this hotel was quite good. I will definitely stay here again during air travel out of Chicago O'Hare.
