Nice comfortable, clean, room. Breakfast was good.
I had a booking, but then it showed it was cancelled. So I made another booking. When we showed up at the hotel we had 2 rooms, from 2 bookings. This frustrates me. Someone else had this happen at another Hampton Inn. Is this a Hampton Inn problem or a booking.com problem? I don't want it to happen again or I may have to go to another company. Luckily the lady at the desk took care of the problem and cancelled one without changes.

The check-in process was dreadful and very time consuming--but once in, everything was great. It was never clear if the problem at check-in was a system problem or one caused by the company which arranged the reservation, but the young lady at the desk worked until the issue was resolved!

The breakfast was a cold take away bag due to covid but still okay. The rooms were pretty clean and I liked that the TV remote was cleaned and put in a sealed bag for us.
There was a sock under the chair that was not ours. It made me question how clean things really were, though I’m guessing it was just overlooked.

Only downside was limited breakfast of pandemic. But still was nice to have the breakfast that was provided.

I know that breakfast is different because of covid but it could have been much better. Yogurt, wrapped muffin, boxed cereal and juice. It wasn't good. Plus the area to buy snacks was mostly empty. If you want to eat, you need to rent a car to go get something.
