Clean rooms, comfortable beds and bedding. Floors were tiled and not carpeted, a big plus! Rooms were simply but appropriately decorated. AC worked great, TV worked great. The room had a mini refrigerator and microwave. Staff was friendly and efficient. Convenient location. Easy to find. Rooms comparable to Comfort Inn, Hampton Inn, Days Inn, but with a more economical price.

I spoke with the woman at the front desk staff on my way out and advised they needed a mirror in the room, aside from the one in the bathroom, so that more than one person could get ready at a time and a mini coffee maker. She told me the mirrors and coffee machines were ordered and pending delivery. So both items will be resolved soon. The towels were small and thin, I would advise a towel upgrade when the money is available but overall a great motel choice and I would stay there again.

The location was across the street from the Old Kentucky Dinner Train Station - our reason for coming to the area. Downtown Bardstown is only a short distance away. The room itself was very clean with upgraded vanity top and tub surround. While there were no handrails in the bath; the tub had a non-skid coating. Basic amenities were provided. The raised beds were comfortable, and the white linens were crisp and unstained. Flooring was all laminate. The flatscreen TV was wall mounted and there was a mini fridge and microwave. The heating and cooling system appeared to be newer and ran quietly. The pool area appeared to be well kept.

There was no place to hang any clothes or towels. We hung our wet towels on the edge of the vanity top. No clock radio in the room, but I suspect that a wake up call could have been scheduled. The Inn doesn't offer breakfast in any form, but does have K-Cup coffee available.

I liked the location. And the ppl working the front desk were very helpful with what ever we needed. Everything has been renovated and Everything is still new and looks good! They're in process off changing the name etc with the change off ownership and management.

The negative reviews that I saw online.. they were from previous management and owner. The new owner is dedicated to make it a good place to stay and is doing a great job!!

Very clean, refreshed large room with private restroom. All clean, and working properly. Spacious parking available. Great location in central part of Bardstown, close to restaurant, shops, or main "square" of city. Perfect for night on bourbon trail.

Lack of breakfast, but coffee machine is available on reception. There is nice small restaurant close to hotel - Marcella's and the After Hours Cafe they served nice snacks and sandwiches and have lovely owners.

This hotel was in the perfect location. The staff was very nice and the hotel was exceptionally clean. This is a budget friendly hotel that’s well worth the money.

The only drawback is if you don’t like an extremely firm bed you may not be comfortable but again this place was well worth the money and I would definitely stay there again.

The property was clean inside and out!! The location is great, very convenient to get to and from. The staff was super friendly. We enjoyed the spa tub a lot!!

It was a little noisy, being on a main road, not much can be done about that, I suppose, and it wasn’t horrible. The mattress was very uncomfortable; hard, kinda lumpy. It was the biggest downside of our stay. We do wish there had been a little coffee maker in the room. We did see some ants in the room by the tub, but it is spring and those dang sugar ants are everywhere (even at my house) so I don’t hold it against them.

At first I was very skeptical and somehow disappointed to open my room to see a bed without s beautiful cover as the picture shows when I first booked the room, I try to be positive so I just focused on something different and I was glad I did it, the room become better than a 5 star hotel.

The location was great I walked around town to the old shops. It's right across from the diner train I thought that was great. Even though it's downtown I thought it was still quiet and peaceful.The pool was clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

I loved everything about the place. There wasn't any part of my stay that I would have changed. Will for sure stay again.

Just personable people and quickly to address anything their guest might need . I'm familiar with the area and none of the other bnb or motel / hotels give a positive energy when you encounter them. I'm just very pleased staying at their SUPER INN :-) THANKS

I'm not a complaining person but I couldn't even if I was because their decent down to earth and the managers are 100% on point with the Language (ENGLISH) grammar communication:-) nice couple with a beautiful baby boy

Exceptionally clean, inside and out. The bed was very comfortable. The front desk clerk was sincerely accommodating and kind. I was very pleased with the price and plan on staying here my next visit.

I did notice old paint cans near each room, I’m assuming for cigarette butts. I would put some attractive containers with sand in them instead. Would look much nicer.
