The staff there is the highlight of the stay. We have stayed many times over the last 2 years while in town visiting family and every time we stay we are greeted by nothing but friendly faces and a staff that will go out of their way to make you feel right at home. The breakfast area is always clean and filled and the staff takes amazing care of any guests. Rooms are always clean and the only time we've had an issue (weird smell in one room), they immediately took care of it.

My only con would be that the pillows are slightly uncomfortable, so bring your own and you'll be good to go.

This was our second stay. We like because it’s clean and feels safe. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast is good with many options. They offered us a hot meal which was eggs, bacon/sausage and biscuits and gravy. There was also hot and cold cereal, pancakes, yogurt with toppings, toast/bagel, muffin/danish and fresh fruit available. The best part is that it is affordable. It’s also a quick 30 minute drive to Lexington.

The breakfast was prepared in kitchen by staff member and appreciated . Simple breakfast , same as other hotels . The furnishings were better than in photos on line. The bottled water at front desk was appreciated also .

There was a charge for the dogs in the room of $20 per night which was not mentioned in the reservation , which seemed excessive with the room rate already being $350 for 2 nights . The chair in room was on the wrong side of the bed , should have been nearer the window - just an observartion .

The breakfast was good, all employees were nice and helpful.

Our room smelled so bad (mainly bathroom). It was clean though, so I think it was an issue with the drain/sewage pipes. It smelled really bad we could hardly stand to be in the bathroom. We went to the dollar tree and bought air freshener but it didn’t help.

The hotel is close to my daughter's home, which made it convenient. It was close to stores and restaurants. The place was clean and comfortable. Everyone I encountered was very pleasant. The breakfast set up was great. We will book this location again.

Excellent location made visiting the local area very easy. Room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was good although we would have liked some bacon.

The elevator sensor needs to be recalibrated as it closed on my wheelchair several times. As did the doors coming into the hotel.

Staff at desk on arrival very accommodating (Paula and Haley)! Answered all our questions regarding our reservations and very pleasant with welcoming smiles! Continental breakfast next morning in a well controlled setting with Covid precautions in place as far as food handling! Gloves and mask worn by staff! Appreciated the extra care in preparing each person’s individual request for cooked items versus having it were everyone served themselves! Thank you staff fir going above and beyond!

The staff was super friendly.

$200 a nite for a $120 a day room is a little steep. The breakfast is the standard pre prepped mini omelets w/turkey sausage.

This place was spotless and the staff was very friendly. The clerks checking us in recommended local restaurants and even specific Kentucky dishes to try. The lady running the breakfast area prepared hot food for us (and other guests) and then stayed to chat.
