The staff goes above - above & beyond in such an exceptional manner that the physical plant issues (older building etc) are negated, especially at this rate. And as a 52 yr old female alone safety is always my primary concern. As a matter of fact on my last visit I left computer equipment/files in a rented storage facility and upon return found it had been robbed but thank God for these women I had left the most important part ( client legal files) at the front door when I loaded up and they held onto them —- that says it all !!

The facility needs upgrades and repairs but it’s clean

The front desk staff were exceptional - both in checking in and checking out. The room was perfect for what we needed - a clean room and comfortable bed to rest up for another day of travel. Easy access to and from any place we needed to go. The breakfast was just enough to get us started for the day. The property was well lit and maintained. I am looking forward to booking again with this property.

The property was clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff were very friendly. Now, if you’re going for the breakfast then don’t go. The coffee was the only thing good. The orange juice isn’t real orange juice and the fruit were bad. There is no sausage or eggs or anything like that.

I booked the room for the Independence Bowl between Texas Tech and UC. It wasn’t far from the stadium. The room was up to date and the bed very comfortable. The front desk staff was extremely nice. I got a great nights rest.

I just wish the continental breakfast offered more variety. But it did the job for the price of the room.

The staff at the front desk were amazing. Cindy was friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast was adequate but lackluster. It could have had more options. It would have been great to have more than one chair in the room. And table lamps would have been helpful and clothes hangers too.

The person that checked us in had an attitude as if she didn't want to be there. She got smart mouth when I asked for another blanket because I'm anemic and she told me I was lying as if she knew my health.

Check in was very nice and easy. Clerk was very nice and explained where everything was. Very clean facility. Bathroom was a little small but still was okay and very clean. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Staff was great and the price point. Traveling in the future for business. I would try other locations aswell

Add items for continental breakfast. Fruit, Bagels, Croissants perhaps😎

The room was very clean and spacious. Our vehicle broke down while we were there and the hotel was very accommodating to our needs and allowed for us to stay longer in the room prior to check out.
