The pool area was extremely nice. The staff was very helpful and accommodating with extra towels also which was very nice. Very clean, comfortable, and extremely private which I though was very nice. We woke up later than usual, so we left later than check out and wasn't charged extra on my card. I thought this was very understanding. The front desk receptionist called and i gave her the simple truth and once again another staff member was accommodating. I also booked from a third party site and wasn't charged ANY EXTRA FEES. Strictly what the exact price said on my email confirmation. This was very important to me because them extra fees really do add up and I just had a horrible experience with a hotel/motel the previous week. To summarize it all..a very clean, private, accomodating, and trustworthy hotel.

I didn't really care for the breakfast. Then when I got home and thought about it, it was actually just right. It had hot egg and cheese omelet and sausage individually wrapped. I'm sure for food safety reasons given COVID. Not that the food wasn't actually good either because it really was, even my husband ate and he is a very picky eater. I just prefer potatoes with my breakfast but the hotel was ABSOLUTELY JUSTIFIED in serving the best accommodations for the given time.

I like how helpful the staff was. During our stay there was severe weather. The staff was updating us frequently to ensure we were safe. I appreciate this.

Nothing, everything was perfect. We didn't have any problems at all. I really do appreciate all the staff did during our stay. Thanks for enjoyable weekend.

Clean quiet spacious and comfortable room! Beds were so comfortable i wish i could've stayed longer!

Didn't want to be on that side of the building but was told the only 2 rooms with 2 queen beds on the requested ground floor weren't on the side I wanted, so couldn't be helped. It's a shame though that there aren't rooms with 2 queen beds on BOTH sides of the building

Overall, the breakfast was pretty good. The area in which we get the breakfast is a little Crowded but not terrible. The location of the hotel is also very nice. Not in the city like the others

The room size was a little small. Also a little disappointed in the indoor pool, which we assume would be heated

Loved the staff and the hot breakfast! Room was clean!

I chose this hotel because it had a gym. There were no free weights. The treadmill was broken. And the weight machine had no handles to use it. Only thing that worked was the elliptical.

The room was so roomy and cozy and it was the best hotel breakfast I ever experienced. The pool was nice. There was even a nice bar so I was able to get a drink without having to drive.

It did seem like it took a while for the room to cool off but all in all we slept well.

pricey and staff were not friendly. I don’t think I saw any of them smile. one of the ladies that was cleaning the dining room had her kid there eating breakfast

Breakfast very good. Hot and fresh. Room was spacious.

Bathroom floor needs cleaning. Bed to close to air conditioner. Hardly any space to pass back a d forth. Was not as cool as temp. read. But is was the hottest day in June. Just think they might need a little attention.
