The breakfast staff was phenomenal- very pleasant and they were always right on it if needed attention- they were awesome with the morning rush for the cruise departures. The front desk helped us with directions on our walking expedition. Can’t wait to come back

Silly thing- not a fan of the the tv - Better directions for your guests . It was not difficult just not user friendly. We did not have time to use it much, but when we did it it was kinda wonky. We were just excited to be in New Orleans we did not think the the tv was a big hang up up for us

My room was lovely the hotel itself was beautiful

I didn’t like the fact that I booked my room and paid for it before arriving and still had to wait for a clean room it was after 3:00pm my key card didn’t work the first three times and it was piles of dirty covers in front of my room door. And the housekeepers couldn’t understand me when I was on the wrong side of the building took a second to fine my room had to go back to front desk to actually find my room.

Our stay at the Hampton inn was great. Michael at the front desk was amazing, he accommodated us beyond our expectations. Breakfast was decent, our room felt clean and comfortable. Overall, our stay was great and we would stay again!

The valet parking situation needs some assistance as they seem short staffed and valet was almost always backed up with cars in the middle of the street. I was concerned about danger/potential for car jacking on evenings that we came in very late due to staff not seeming very attentive thankfully all was well! The breakfast bar also seemed well stocked 1st thing in the morning but there was no huge rush as staff took their time replacing items so go early otherwise you won't have much to choose from and the line for waffle making was backed up most of the time with only 3 waffle irons going.

For whatever reason there was no informational literature room; we were not told we would have to sign up for the free shuttle to the cruise port.

No coffee cream from Thursday, 01/26-29/23. It was reported but they gave us 2% milk. There was the worst smell when you got off the elevator on the 5th floor and was reported about 4:00pm but was taken care of until about five hours later. We had to endure that terrible smell for that long time.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. It's extremely close to cruise port, which is why we chose it.

I didn't like the $47.23 charge for parking. You pay $42.00 for parking, plus $5.23 parking tax. This tax is in addition to the state, city, and occupancy tax. All seems redundant, and feels like a money grab. The valet was not organized. We waited approximately 30 minutes for our vehicle to be retrieved.

Staff was great , friendly and helpful. Rooms comfortable and surface clean. The breakfast area was super clean and maintained. I liked having coffee available all day The printer in the lobby was helpful for printing off our boarding passes Workout was well maintained and clean. The laundry room was clean with good machines . I like the reduced room freshing up.

Deep cleaning necessary. I found the closet too dirty to put my clothes. Just don't look in the corners The bread in the breakfast area was terrible. Lucky there were many choices. Hallway carpet shabby and looked like it was from 1970.

we had problem with AC(airconditioning was smelling like there was no service done) and the evening shift personel took a decision to relocate us to the bogger apartment and this was SUPER! I would like to thank to this front desk person (late afternoon or evening shift).

we had a chance to deal with day shift front desk worker and evening shift frontdesk worker. The day shift has no customer focus, she was not friendly, not even smiling, she should not work as a front desk worker (this is my opinion). At the same time there was a person at the late evening shift who was perfect and very friendly!

Clean rooms and good breakfast, but if a walk if you want to go into the French quarter but we worked it out, staff were pleasant. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the day.. didn’t receive any direction re what to do.. otherwise we had a great time

The rooms were nice clean and simple. Your standard hotel room, free breakfast was nice!

The fact that when I paid for the hotel I didn't tell us in advance ethier the website or the front desk workers tell us about the valet parking fee. So we were hit with a surprised extra $67.47 fee.
