I won't mince words here: this is by far the nicest apartment I've stayed at on a vacation. Granted I don't get out much but I was truly impressed by the size of the unit and all the facilities. Washer dryer, dishwasher, spacious closet, great bed. Location was perfect for me, not right in the craziness but also close to walk to everything. The rooftop pool is next level. I really love everything about it.

My only real complaint is the water pressure in the shower was very weak, this might be fixed by installing a shower head with different settings. Also it said there was free coffee on the roof but everytime I tried to access it it didn't seem to be working. However maybe I didn't do it correctly. And 1 last thing, there is a church across the street that rings the church bells what seems like every 30 minutes until night. It did wake me several times but that's not the apartment's fault, just something to be aware of. If noises like that distract you I'd bring ear plugs.

The room was beautiful!! A big bathroom, nice kitchen with all the equipment necessary and the bed was huge!! The rooftop was beautiful and is facing the sunset.

Probably the check-in process, as you have to do it online and there is no front office, so if you can’t figure out what to do, you’ll be kind of stressed. I talked through the app with customer service and eventually they helped me through.

The room was wonderful. Comfortable bed nice living room and kitchen. It was exactly what we hoped for.

The pool was rough the Starbucks machine was cheep and didn't work. The checking in process was difficult to say the least. Still giving our stay a healthy thumbs up.

The location was in the Central Business District, but very close to both Bourbon St and Canal St. A lot of good eateries were also in the area for when we didn't want to head into the crowds of Bourbon St. The Canal streetcar was close and useful. The room/rental itself was nice and clean, the hallways were quiet throughout the day and night. I liked that the door had a code instead of keys or a key card to keep up with. The rooftop area was nice for the view. The front desk personnel were friendly and greeted us every time we saw them. The washer/dryer in unit was a bonus!

The elevators weren't always operable (maintenance was always "working on them"). Our room was on the 15th floor so stairs weren't apart of our options. The pool was on the smaller side of what we expected.

The location was perfect. The accomodations were very spacious and the mattress was extremely comfortable. There was always security who were helpful and clearly doing their jobs.

The last 4 days of our trip there was a horrible smell (like someone'l brought in fishing from a market or fishing trip). It smelled up the lobby and elevator. The cleaning crew did clean but they were never able to get the smell out.

wasn’t as clean as I would of liked. shower curtain had black makeup in it and gum in the corner. the fan was not working. also very loud at night with cars

Fully equipped studio, clean and secure.

The legs of my King bed were broken so I slept on the sofa bed for the first three nights of the stay.

Location was perfect.

There was some roaches in the kitchen

Quick delivery of full cookware set after we found only two mis-matched pieces in the cupboard. Restful bedroom = sleep oasis King bed + room-darkening curtains During the day, beautiful view of the Jesuit church on Baronne Street. At night, a nice view of the New Orleans skyline.

Large column blocking kitchen: Perhaps structural and perhaps the reason room was discounted on Booking.com Kitchen sink leaking: Items underneath wet. No towel rack in bathroom. Toilet paper holder kept falling off.

It looks just like the photos. Great location

The building itself from the outside looked run down.
