I love the hotel itself very nice place to stay

The light went out in the hotel stay out about 1 1/2 hour of my stay there. hotel could provide free breakfast for their guest, and service could be better did not see one housekeeper, no housekeeper came to my room to change towel or the sheet on the bed. we stay there for two days. and not one day did I see a housekeeper in the hallway changing out towel each day. Other than that, our stay was great over all.

Easy access, close parking. Friendly staff.

The room faced the street and it was noisy. Plus the rooms are very small but the decor was really nice.. If you carry ur pet...there is NO green area fot ur pet to use. Its all concrete. I appreciate that they allow dogs...but they need a place to go.

Rooms are too small with no frig or coffee makes.

the parking garage connected isn’t owned by the hotel and you have to pay for parking and they lock the garage after a certain time so you can’t get in without the paper ticket and the security booth person who answers the phone when you need help was useless and then once the gate comes down you cannot re-enter that garage you have to park across the street

I was there for a my friend's bachelor party. We didn't have many expectations. The do not disturb signs were a fun talking point throughout the weekend. The best part of our stay was the bartender Joe. Joe was an absolute pleasure! He MADE our trip. His service was top notch. He was super friendly and engaging. We loved his bartending skills. He remembered our names the next day. Excellent employee! Will come back just to chill at the bar!

I guess the only downside was that there wasn't a mini-fridge in the room. I would have liked somewhere to put Gatorade or other drinks. I understand that housekeeping isn't what it used to be w covid. But I'm fully vaccinated and would have enjoyed a fresh bed to turn into every night.

Location was perfect. We were in town for a comedy show at the Civic Theater, and we enjoyed the fact we could walk to it. We also walked to all of our meals. The house drink was so good! We loved that that was included. Started our night off right!

The only downside was the bathroom door opening into the bathroom! There wasn't enough room to stand in the bathroom and then close the door. There also wasn't a trashcan/trash bag. We didn't like leaving our trash for the housekeeper.

The lobby bar staff were friendly and accommodating. The staff was a pleasant experience first thing in the morning and last thing at night.

My room was cold and i had liitle luck in changing the thermostat

We did not partake in breakfast as I was not aware there was any. The location is literally perfect. Two short blocks from Bourbon Street. The room was lovely. The staff was so very nice. I love that you check in at the bar. Very quirky and cool place to stay.

My only complaint was they did not offer parking or valet. It cost $50 to park across the street for 24 hours. Ouch.

This hotel is cool with an almost hostel vibe, and at a great location. The shower was amazing after a long day walking around New Orleans. Air conditioning that was powerful and controllable in room was perfect. The pillows were soft, yet supportive. They had this cool option of getting a bedtime story through the room phone. Overall, it made me wish I stayed longer than one night.

The room was small, which was perfect for just me, but had I traveled with a companion, space would have been tight.

No trash bags, some of the outlets did not work and the noise that was being let in by the shut windows was not the best
