I loved everything about this hotel! The ambiance and the culture it was great !

The only thing I didn’t like was miss girl at the front desk with the septum piercing she was rude

Clean room. Comfortable bed. Loved the bathroom . Also it was decorated fun. The staff was always super nice and helpful.

View from room. I would have liked to see the city or actually anything other than what we had which was an ally and building. I wonder if this was because I used a hotel site to book.

Exceptionally cheerful, accommodating, professional staff. Great concierge, cool (by all definitions) lobby, ice water and coffee in lobby at all times. Convenient location for ditching your car, in the corner of the quarter and close to most things, but away from noise of bourbon street.

We chose to stay in a hotel over an Airbnb because we required a gym . The gym here is minimal and basic, and the elliptical wasn’t working. Wish I’d looked into the gym facilities more thoroughly before booking.

I love this Hotel this is my Go-to hotel when I come to New Orleans. when you walk in the Hotel give you a seductive feeling with the warm colors and the dame lighting. and the beautiful White draping as you walk in. The Location was wonderful I've stayed here many times before the decor and ambiences is what makes the room and the Hotel overall so wonderful the bed was so comfortable as always!!! I love the Bar and the Beautiful entrance!!!

I hate that the rooms are a little small. Now unless you are getting one of the Jr suites or the ST Michael or Lucifer suite. The price is a lil high most of the time and I get it its autograph Hotel and you can NEVER Pay at property Never.... Staff does not upgrade and a lil rude, at times but overall, I do Love this Hotel and will be back!!!!!

The breakfast was just okay. We only had a bagel and oatmeal. Oatmeal was supposed to have fruit and it had about six blueberries. Plus I can probably buy about two boxes of oatmeal for $9. Nice large vanity in bathroom. Great location.

Water pressure in shower, need outlets on both sides of bed, need exhaust fan in bathroom. Need better selection of wine and lite beer in bar. Mad the previous owner took all the good and evil furniture.

gym was lacking, valet left my car out front unlocked! we went up to our room changed came back down and it was sitting there on Canal st unlocked! I only knew because I went to get my mask. Good thing omg! I have a luxury car btw so I’m very picky about that stuff. Especially because I chose this hotel because of valet parking on site

A beautiful lobby, the staff was very friendly, the room was beautiful and the hotel is in a good location. It is very centrally located. Valet is $45 which I feel is a bit steep, but that is the only negative I have. My kids, their spouses and my grands had a ball. This was my second stay at The Saint Hotel and I will stay again. Thank you for a beautiful weekend!

Magnificent decor, beautiful room, helpful staff, great location and wonderful air conditioning.

The "breakfast" seemed like an after thought. Food was good but the breakfast experience was lackluster. It was like a take out situation. Self serve coffee and limited menu.

Location was great. It was only about 5 minutes away from bourbon st. (Walking distance to everything literally!) This is right by the Ritz Carlton. There was a Walgreens around the corner, so basically everything you needed to do & go was right there! Rooms were clean,nice soft mattress,room service came,gave us clean towels, staff was nice & friendly! Check in is at 4pm check out is at 11am. They did hold a $200 holding fee on my card,you should get that back within 3-5 business days,depending on your bank. They have a pool table,& a bar. Really nice place to take pics.a tv in the elevators. I will be coming back!

Valet parking was a bit pricey,$45 a day,from 7a-11pm,but there's public parking right around the corner on Basin St. $20 for 24 hours,and they also had other prices for different hours. If you play at Harrah's Casino for an hour,you'll get free parking for 24 hrs i believe. That's also down the street from the hotel.as well.

the staff were hit and miss some good some need more training. plus I was really annoyed to have a mini bar charge applied after check out when I had not touched the mini bar the whole time. It was finally reversed but took a few calls.
