We had a corner room which had extra windows. We could watch the streets below. One night we saw a wedding party dance thru the streets complete with musicians and twirling parasols. Very cool! Our hotel concierge, Yvette, was fantastic, honest, easy to talk with, funny, and so helpful with her many tips and suggestions. The desk staff and cleaning staff and doormen and valet staff were all exceptional. Thank you. Will definitely stay again.

The sidewalks outside in most of the area (not just this hotel) are sort of a mess. If you aren’t constantly watching your steps you could easily trip, fall, twist an ankle, or worse. I have no idea how a wheelchair would ever get around🤷‍♀️ There were many holes, broken concrete, missing pieces, sloped pavement, etc…. Yikes.

Very conveniently located, great VFM, very friendly staff Everything I needed and wanted without the fuss of the overly priced hotels nearby.

Situated next to a church so expect some noise - didn't bother me much. I was there off-season so very quiet, but I can see how noises coming in from the corridor might become an issue if the hotel was full

Your staff was amazing! From Kiley, Daphne, Jillian to Glen, just to name a few, we could not have ask for a better experience for our daughter's wedding stay! The staff was always available and willing to help in any way. Your location between the church, Immaculate Conception, and the wedding venue, The Federal Ballroom, was excellent! Also, your suite offered the perfect background for bridal portraits, with the beautiful corner windows overlooking the city!

Great location- few blocks to the French quarter. Comfortable rooms with friendly staff. Great value for four star hotel for a weekend in New Orleans.

Nothing big but Airport shuttle would have been nice as well as water bottle refiller stations on each floor. But really enjoyed our stay!

My children and I came in for the Mardi Gras festivities,everything was in walking range the parades ran up and down canal which was only a block away , everything was very convenient

For the most part I honestly have no complaints I enjoyed the stay and hope to stay again next year are whenever I visit New Orleans

everything good with hotel.booking.com mislead us on price. i will never ever ever use booking.com because of their scummy business practice. Marriott good, booking.com sucks

Close to everything we needed to do ,food was great.staff was very friendly.

The service was slow in the restaurant but it was like that a lot all over town due to mardi grais so it is what it is.

This hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly Beds were comfortable- rooms were large Large TV Huge bathroom- very surprised close to bourbon street and a wonderful restaurant called Daisy Dukes - great breakfast food

Only complaint would be the internet was unsecured

The staff were outstanding. They could not do enough for you. Their friendly outgoing personalities were on display everyday. also the location of the hotel could not have been better.

The hotel could do with a pool. I understand they had one but closed it sometime back.

The cold water did not work in the shower. An engineer was sent to look at the issue but it was not fixed during my stay.
