The room was clean and the water pressure was good in the showers. We had a great room that looked over the internal part of the hotel which was just beautiful. Love the atmosphere and happy this was our first impression of New Orleans. Also, shout out to the manager of the Hotel because she was able to let us decorate my brother and sister in-laws room for their combined bachelor/bachelorette party!

The check in could have been a little easier, like maybe advance parking option or something so we could have parked first then checked in but we made it work. Also should maybe add more mirrors in the parking garage so people can see others entering and exiting a little easier.

The staff was amazing, talk about southern hospitality! Desk staff (the graveyard and the morning check out staff) and security (day shift) we're all super nice and made my stay the best it could be - they were knowledgeable, patient and accommodating to my family needs.The staff was amazing, talk about southern hospitality! I know Mardi Gras is chaotic so i truly appreciate the level of care they put towards all guests - very well trained and raised. Everything was great, only complaint is the smell of the water.

This hotel was the best for everything! Close to everything but the hotel was quiet (loved it!) The young lady at front desk everyday was so helpful.( I forgot her name but she worked the day shift 10/30 to 11/6/22.)She even scheduled our taxi back to airport 24 hours prior. Room was roomy, bed so comfortable! Bathrooms were up to date modern. Loved we had a small fridge but most importantly a COFFEE maker! This is an old hotel but the lobby area is lovely and most importantly... everything was CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN. The floors, the elevators, the hallways. This was our first trip to New Orleans. I expect we'll make a return trip and no hesitation of staying here again. It's walkable to all the tourist attractions and to gathering for the tours.

Pillows were hard but the bed was so comfortable I still slept like a baby!

Coffee shop was temporarily closed- and it was on limited hours when we stayed last year. We wanted convenient good coffee and a breakfast sandwich before heading out for the day ( we didn't want to spend a fortune on breakfast in the Quarter) I hope it will re-open in time for Jazzfest next year. The TIGHT parking garage- Hotel parking on site is really appreciated, but man!

I really enjoyed the location. Easy to walk to places and just enjoy city watching.

Well there was no microwave. I have to do medical nasal rinses bc I had a facial surgery in 2019 due to a bad wreck I was in. So I couldnt easily warm up my distilled water. It took like 20 minutes of holding the plastic rinse bottle under the hot water to get it to a decent temp. And I also think we shouldn't have had to pay to park in the basement. I mean I already paid to stay there. I just didn't understand it. But I had to pay it anyways.

The location was great and close to Canal and Bourbon St. It was a pleasant surprise when I checked into the hotel and saw a welcome sign with my name on it. I was chosen hotel guest of the day and I received a nice gift bag. The lady at the desk was very nice to us. Sorry I can't remember her name.

I called the front desk about breakfast and was told they didn't serve breakfast. We took a short walk to IHOP.

Location is great right off canal street! I hope they open the coffee shop that’s located inside hotel that would actually be a great bonus. Room clean but coffee maker had residue that didn’t look too good so we walked to Sheraton to hit up Starbucks.I think this will actually be my go to when in New Orleans!

In a great area. Easy to get to all things we wanted to do. Very awesome staff, super friendly. Rooms were great. We had 2 double beds that were very comfortable.

No on-site extras. Such as a weight room/activity center. Had a small work out room, but only had like 3 machines. But I knew this booking.

The location was close to bourbon street.

The rooms were not cleaned even had to switch rooms because the beds were slept in. The rooms were not even on the same floor. Tv didn’t work. Guest services hung up we called back and he said oh sorry I meant To say goodbye before I hung up. Phone didn’t work in 1 of the rooms.

Location of hotel was perfect for our stay. Staff was wonderful and the beds were very comfortable

No microwave in room, would have been a nice feature considering we stayed for 3 nights. Also the floors were very dirty. My cleaned feet would get dirty walking from the bathroom to the bed.
