InnSeason Resorts The Falls at Ogunquit

I liked the atmosphere of the room and the layout. There was appliances available upon request, like a blender and a teapot. The pool was clean. The dry sauna was a definite plus. I had a room far away from the street which was great because I was able to sleep. The bed was very comfortable.

I didn't like the fact that every time I wanted to use the exercise room I needed to go to the office and obtain a keycard and use it within an hour. I was given a room on the 2nd floor but my keycard didn't work for the separate entrance to the elevator. I wouldthink it would be automaticto be able to use the elevator with the keycard. Ihad to ask at the front desk for that to be added to my keycard. There needs to be a charger for electric cars, none in town..

Exceeded our expectations in every way, we weren't expecting anything 'resort' obviously but it really showed us what a well run and comfy motel can deliver. Spacious suite, very clean (we bring our own cleaning supplies since we are with a toddler and couldn't find a single thing needing an extra scrub), well appointed kitchenette. Many little details and amenities were in the room and the WiFi was decent. Very kind employees from booking to check in and check out. Couple minute walk to the beach and numerous cafes and restaurants, downtown Ogunquit was 20 min. Just a very easy stay, we wholeheartedly recommend coming here.

Bring ear plugs, the walls are very thin and you can easily hear normal conversations in the next room or outside. However all of our neighbors were very considerate in keeping quiet so it never was an issue.

We love the jetted tub in the bedroom. We had a bedroom with 2 double beds. There was a large living area and kitchen, and the electric fireplace, albeit unheated, made for a lovely ambience. The room was larger than expected. A DVD player was located in the front room and movies could be borrowed from the front office. Board games are also available for rental. Footbridge Beach is close by. Washers and dryers are available a buck fifty a pop. The machines take quarters so you might want to start collecting before your trip! As we were mid- vacation, we really appreciated being able to wash a couple loads of dirty clothes.

The pillows were not very plump. This is because the pillows are covered with a zippered case under another regular case, which is great for sanitary reasons, but compresses the pillow somewhat. We were able to get some extra pillows, so problem solved.

Our room was very cute and cozy just as pictured and loved the awesome personal jetted tubs in the master suite! The living room couch opened to a decent (?full) sized bed that was comfortable for the kids to share. I loved how everything in the place was provided from utensils and plates to all sorts of kitchen gadgets to a big full sized fridge - what a thoughtfully laid out accommodation! Not only was the location perfectly close to walking to the beautiful Foot Bridge Beach but it also had THE warmest most comfortable indoor swimming pool temperature I have ever enjoyed.

It would be an extra treat if the master suite had its own mini bathroom instead of a shared one but not sure if this is already provided in a different suite? Also would recommend for newer pillows as I found them to thin out overnight or definitely bring your favorite ones from home.

The Innseason was great. The property was well kept, the staff was friendly and welcoming, the location was really good. Short walk to the beach, a little bit of a walk to downtown but they do have a shuttle and it’s actually a pretty nice walk. Very close to some restaurants as well. The kitchenette was really helpful as we have small children so being able to keep and prepare snacks was helpful.

Excellent location with easy walk to beach. Beach is great for walking in either direction. Hotel suites are great value in off season with several nice restaurants nearby. Rachel Carson forest preserve is nearby for hiking. "Marginal Way" is also great for a walk along a rocky shoreline in the south side of Ogunquit. We enjoyed delicious seafood at Billy's Chowder House and overall enjoyed Inn Seasons Resort.

Everything about this stay was exceptional. The suite had everything we could possibly need and staff were very helpful when additional towels were needed, etc. Lovely to sit on the couch with the electric fireplace going. The tub was, by far, the best part. Comfortably fit two people and we were able to soak while watching a movie. The ability to dim the lights over the tub was a nice touch, as well. Quick drive to downtown Ogunquit and the beach.

I'm hard pressed to find fault with our stay. The only *tiny* issue is that there was only one bedside table. Minor inconvenience, given how exceptional the space was.

Spacious rooms! It’s nice having a couch to watch tv, kitchen facilities. I must say that everyone is very accommodating, rooms were immaculate! it’s also nice receiving messages regarding items we might need and regarding checkout! this was our second stay. Only wish you had outdoor pool as I like to sit at a pool, not a beach person, but that will not stop me from staying with you..

rooms were spacious, nearly a full kitchen which is very helpful when traveling with kids, and the pool and sauna were great. walk to footbridge beach was quick and picturesque, and proximity to downtown restaurants and other destinations was appreciated.

decor a bit outdated but fine; could have been a bit cleaner upon our arrival.

We really enjoyed our one-room suite. We used the jacuzzi tub, enjoyed the privacy and felt lucky to get a last-minute reservation on Labor Day Weekend. The information packet the front desk provided was very helpful in planning our stay. The best thing about The Falls is the seven minute walk to Footbridge Beach. We could walk to restaurants, which was nice, as well.

Our suite was right on Route 1, and next to Angelina's, a busy restaurant, so it was noisy at times at night. The couch was really stiff and uncomfortable, but we didn't use the living room that much, so it wasn't a big deal.
