Excellent location, a few minutes walk to the heart of beautiful Ogunquit and the beach. You'll be greeted by a pleasant scent specially curated for Grasshopper Inn. The building is pristine, and the room was divine. I am very particular when it comes to cleanliness and this place did not disappoint. The bed was comfortable and the furnishings were picked out so well. So many nice things to say about this place, I don't think I'd look at any other place to stay when I visit this part of Maine!!

Continental breakfast was served cereal, yogurt, muffins, bagels. We did not take advantage of this amenity.

The place is very lovely, and comfortable. Just wished there was a dresser to unpack our clothes too. The suitcase racks worked well. The bathroom was huge, wished there were hooks or shelves next to the shower for towels in stead of putting them on the floor. Wished the lighting in the room had dimmers or were sectioned to kitchen or livingroom not whole house. A ceiling fan would have been great to circulate the cool air around from the bedroom.

Very good continental breakfast, lots of choice. Very clean property, friendly & helpful staff. Room & bathroom much bigger than expected, quiet & soundproof even though situated close to road. Slept well, Very comfy beds! Free parking!

Our room was on ground floor and didn't have a balcony. Would have been nice to have a little private area outside at the exterior door, with patio furniture & some shrubs around for a little privacy to sit outside.

The warm welcoming, the location, the room was nice and clean and cozy. All the details were there chocolate when we arrived, all explanation of the appliances were available and the staff did waffles for breakfast what a blast ! It was also kids friendly (games, stickers given when we arrived) . We were able to

My kids took a pencil and draw on the comforter we did not notice (I bet it wasn’t a big drawing since we make the bed before leaving and we did not notice) and we were charged for this (166$). They said it wasn’t washable either way they had to rebuy one. We were so sad about this and as a parents we felt so baddd!!!!

The room exceeded expectations!!! The lounging area with TV and kitchen were super comfortable. The bathroom was splendid with everything we needed. Loved the Gilchrist and Somes bath items. The linens and bed were super comfy. If we had more time, we would have enjoyed the balcony. Morning coffee was great, but we chose to do breakfast out. Thank you for a lovely, but too short stay.

I only wish the parking space would have been slightly larger or my rental car smaller. There was a post next to our parking slot that made pulling out a challenge.

Everything was very clean, really trendy and spacious. We were a family of four and we were very comfortable. We loved the kitchenette and the design of the bathroom. The closet where you can get an extra shampoo etc was really nice because with four a small bottle of shampoo goes quick.

I missed a few more breakfast options at this price point. But the basics were covered.

We liked the set up of the room. The extra space was lovely. It didn’t feel cramped at all. Everything was clean and comfortable. The breakfast bar was great and the beach accessories were perfect for folks traveling from out of town. Being able to walk to the beach was ideal.

The breakfast was perfect, just what we wanted to eat. The Grasshopper Inn is perfectly situated in Ogunquit. We were able to walk the Marginal Way and eat at our favorite restaurants. We were able to see and visit those spots that we wanted to see. The assigned parking space was most convenient.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Mark was an awesome host. Our family had a few needs and he took care of all of them. The inn is super clean, well designed and feels like a spa. Rooms are spacious and smell amazing. The inn is in a great location close to everything. Our family enjoyed the stay. We will be back.

Our 1 night stay in The Lighthouse room was amazing. The room was super clean. The features used for designing the Inn are very good, giving it a modern luxury/cottage vibe. The breakfast was overall good and on the healthy side. Location is ideal being right on the main road of town, which makes it very convenient to go out and explore.
