This location is super convenient to Rockville Town Center. Parking is included and is under the building, which is convenient. You take one elevator to the lobby then another elevator to reach the floors with the rooms. The hotel is pet friendly which is very nice. The room was clean and well appointed. The shower pressure is strong...almost sand-blast strong, but invigorating. The room was quiet and comfortable and the beds and pillows were very nice. Will definitely stay again.

The location is amazing, very close to the metro station. Rockville is a very beautiful, clean and quiet city with plenty of places to visit. The hotel is conveniently located next to the Regal cinema. We stayed here for one night. Our room was exceptionally clean and quiet, the bed was so comfortable! I think I had the best sleep of my life, Linens were fresh and clean. My son was especially excited about the pool. The entire hotel has a modern and tasteful style. There are a few restaurants on the first floor of the building.

We were pleasantly surprised by our room, which was very spacious, clean and modern. We had a king room with a huge bathroom and big windows. And a good desk for working. There is a parking right next to the hotel, which charges $20 per night, with in-and-out access, which we found was quite affordable and convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

Our bedroom was great except it had a weird smell. Like someone had eaten pizza or Fritos and left the trash in the room a long time. perhaps dog smell? Anyway, I always care room freshener in my luggage and it didn’t get rid of the odor. Perhaps the carpet or sofa needs a little freshening up? My husband’s side of the bed had a bit of odor on the outside coverlet. Again, like a dog or pizza box had been laying on it. The room seemed completely clean otherwise.

The property is located within easy, walking distance of Rockville Town Square, which is filled with shops and restaurants and walkable spaces. We loved the fact that the property is pet friendly. The room was large, well appointed, and very comfortable. The air conditioning was nice and cold in the middle of summer.

When we arrived, the area was pretty busy, and the parking was slightly adjacent, but not what we’d call “at” or “ close to” the property. This is not too bad if you want to park and leave the car but if you need to go back to the car for one item, it’s a fair bit of back-and-forth. Although there are plenty of places to walk your pet, and the community is very pet friendly, there are not a lot of places for your pet to relieve themselves.

Everything went well. Our room was very spacious and very clean, location of the hotel was great, everything was in walking distance for example, cinema theater, Panera, Asian Food Hall, Starbucks and their town square . Staff was very helpful.

It's my first time in that hotel, it took alittle time to know which elevator to take for the parking garage, but no biggie. Everything else was great. We are actually going back in next month in July.

Love the location, easy parking, love the setup of the rooms and buildings. If I need to stay somewhere for a couple days, I wouldn’t mind splurging a bit here

It’s not contactless checkin, you’ll have to get key cards. It’s right across from apartments, so shades are almost always drawn. Theres always something a little off with the rooms, one time it’ll be plumbing, another time it’ll be half the lights don’t work, etc. The restaurant is never open as well, and theres no breakfast.

It was very clean and it had a pool and hot tub and in a great location. Right by the metro and a lot of stores and restaurants right in walking distance.

You have to ask for housekeeping to come, so you have to remember that they won’t come everyday. Parking was $20/day, which isn’t too bad but I was staying for two weeks so it added up.

Room was spacious and clean bed was firm. Bathroom was one of the best. I really like the walk in shower and lighted mirror. Room has plenty of lighting. If there were families there I didn't hear them through the walls.

The pillows were too soft for me and the very early morning trash runs were not too great. I heard them through the closed window. Also the TV options are limited so be sure to bring something to stream your preferred shows on. Overall the hotel was good and would stay again

The location was convenient to our Holiday party, which was in the Town Center. Great views of the Town’s holiday outdoor decor. The facility was beautifully decorated for the Holidays. Our room was equipped with everything we needed.

1) We wanted to slowly wake up, so we brewed coffee made available in our room. When we poured the creamer, also provided in the room, it was spoiled and ruined the coffee. We did not report it to the hotel. But left the ruined coffee for housekeeping to see - and perhaps to make note. 2) When showering we kept trying to control the hand held shower head, as it kept turning towards the curtain and getting the floor wet. It was initially positioned towards the curtains so we thought it was an easy fix. Felt bad we had to use 2 towels just for the floor. 3) We were disappointed to find the hotel bar does not open on the weekends. We wanted to start our evening at the hotel bar and our party guests wanted to come back to a more quiet gathering location.
