The hotel was conveniently located for my needs. I work at the airport and attended an event at the Patapsco Arena so I needed a place to get dressed before the event and sleep afterwards. I chose the Hyatt House based on the pictures and reviews. The hotel met my expectations. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room, bathroom and lobby area were clean and inviting. I will stay here again, in the future and have already recommended this hotel to friends and coworkers.

The cost for 1 night was a little high but competitively priced. Everything is just so expensive these days. The lighting in hotel rooms are always tricky. The room was little dark and the bathroom was very bright.

Our flight was canceled really early in the morning, and we needed a place to stay overnight. My wife and I have stayed at The Hyatt House before and loved our stay, so we were very happy one was available near the airport. The receptionist Dani was AMAZING! She helped facilitate my party and the party we were traveling with to get our room in a very timely manner. She was also very helpful with dining suggestions at the hotel and nearby.

I didn't like how stiff the top comforter was on our bed. Also, it would have been helpful to have a tv display with flight updates in the lobby.

It was very clean and new. Good location to BWI.

The restaurant was very limited in what they served. And it was out in the open, a part of the lobby. The bartender was the cook, so he had to leave the bar to go back to the kitchen. Crazy! But he was nice. The two people who checked us in were very unfriendly. The night clerk was excellent. When the shuttle driver wasn’t coming until 7:00, and we had made arrangements to have the shuttle at 6:00, the night clerk drove us to the airport.

The staff member on duty, Dani, was amazing! She was personable and handled an emergency situation with poise. What I admired most about Dani is when customers were being rude, she kept a smile on her face and answered their questions to the best of her ability. The suite was like a one bedroom apartment. I had everything I needed for my stay and was able to get a considerable amount of work done while in town.

My husband and I travel a lot. We only stay at CLEAN, FREINDLY, SAFE HOTELS. We do our research before booking. This was definitely a 10+ hotel!!! Beautiful all around. Special shout out to ADAM. He is AWESOME!! We stayed on December 30,2024, on our way to NY. We are on our way back home to NC. Hands down, we just booked again. Can't wait to get back 🥰🥰.#100 T.Coopers

Hated to leave. Wanted to stay longer.

The property was very inviting from the start! The gentleman at the front counter was very nice and has exceptional customer service. The room itself was so amazing, very clean and comfortable. I will definitely return.

New and clean

Tried to use hotel shuttle to dinner and to airport. Driver said he was on break for dinner trip so we took uber. Scheduled airport shuttle and no shuttle at hotel for time scheduled. Took uber again but emergency taxi was called for others. Continental breakfast had meager offerings of potatoes, hard green bananas and overcooked eggs.

It's obvious that this is a newer hotel because everything was bright and shiny new. Everything was just great and comfortable.

Too many doors near the bathroom. The closet doors interfered with the bathroom door and it made it harder to get around with two people.

Nice facility convenient to BWI shuttle a plus.

Breakfast was below par. No fault of preparer but fake scrambled eggs are the worst!! I ordered Chardonnay at bar and was poured from a unopened bottle on counter and was warm. Not make huge deal I simply ordered ice.

Very clean

The staff from the kitchen was very nice but need to be ready for the guest to come eat from 6am until 10 am had to wait on food and drinks overall just be more prepared that will help make the hotel a 5 star
