Location was good. Rooms were nice and clean. Bathrooms are huge. The staff were all super friendly.

We stayed there with our friends, and ate breakfast the first morning. The 3 people who ate the sausage patties got sick. I only ate eggs, and I was the only one who didn’t get sick. Parking is a bit lacking with a full hotel. We had to park our bike, along with a bunch of others, in the loading/unloading area directly in front of the hotel because there was no where else to go. We did stay here for OC Bike week, so there were a lot of bikes and other vehicles, along with trailers. If there were no trailers parking may have been better, but they’re also doing construction, so that’s diminishing some parking also.

The rooms were nice and very clean .the hotel was about 5 minutes from the boardwalk.It was a great location.when I went to breakfast the last day I was feeling a little tired the lady that was working the breakfast room saw I was having a problem and she came over and gave me hug and kissed me on my forehead and told me that she would make my waffle and told me to sit down and she would bring it to me and I thought that so nice of her. I would like to thank her again .

I didn’t like that they didn’t mention on line that they were renovating the hotel. The pool was a little dirty.I’m glad that I took my own towel cause there wasn’t any for us to use.

Beach was excellent , nice clean. Restaurants near by and Great location . In regards to the hotel I have to tell them everyday to clean my room and take the garbage. I think they should just clean and not need to ask but it is what it is. The pool looks nothing like the picture on website. Looks outdated and dirty/ water cold! Our room it was good with exception of the bathroom on the first day I notice the floors was not well cleaned. I saw hair, dirty and the ceiling in the bathtub was cracked and dripping water.

The location is good if you are okay not being super close (but close enough) to the beach/boardwalk. Spacious and clean and nice staff.

Huge gnat problem in the room. And the sitting area for breakfast is not nearly as big as it could be to accommodate the amount of guests staying at the hotel. It got very crowded and the kitchen staff was short-handed and overwhelmed

Joy, at the front desk, was amazing. She gave us her parking space because there were none. Staff was helpful. Bed was comfy.

Construction. Room was only cleaned once. There were no sheets for the pull out couch, but staff brought some quickly. Only 1 washer and dryer, but the dryer didn't work. Breakfast was well stocked but didn't vary from day to day.

The hotel was nice and clean. Staff was nice. The best part about the hotel is it is the most convenient place to stay!!!!! Nice pool, has a playground for the kids to play. Soooo many places to eat right around it. Shopping outlets, you can literally - LITERALLY go across the street and you are there. The movie theater is right in the outlet, 12mins from the beach/boardwalk. Right next to a souvenir shop, Ice Cream shop, golf course and go cart. Wawa and CVS are 5 mins away. You really can't go wrong AT ALL staying here!

Honestly, I think the ONLY thing I could say. I wish the breakfast time was extended a bit longer. Its only from 630-930. But, it just didn't work for us. It may be convenient for alot of other, just didn't work for us. But, that's really the only down side. But, again, thats our preference.

The property was clean and nice inside. The room was clean and was a good size with 2 queen beds and a pull out couch. The price was very reasonable especially for what was offered. Free breakfast and free WiFi are always a plus. My daughter and I stayed for a cheer competition and I was concerned that we wouldn’t feel safe since this was a value hotel but it was great. It was a short drive to the boardwalk and convention center and is surrounded by plenty of places to eat, drink, or shop.

If they updated the sign out front it would do a lot for the curb appeal.

The breakfast area was too small, over crowded and not enough food. I had to wait every morning for at least 20 mins for the food to come out. It was the same food everyday. I’ve stayed at other comfort inns and never had this issue.

The elevator didn’t work for a day so that was annoying and frustrating.

I would come back again. And recommend. Great location, staff is friendly. Great music in the lobby. It was music I grew up listening to in high school fr 2004-2007. Nice pool, nice breakfast egg and sausage, waffle nice variety. I would come back. Also pet friendly, so you don’t need to pay for a kennel.

Don’t have anything to say. I can’t think of anything I didn’t like. Was only here for a few days with my family and had no complaints. They also have a play ground.

Location was great, for our visit to Berlin& Ocean City.

The room had issues. Door open when we got there. Cleaning staff had their drinks in freezer, which needed defrosted. No towels in room. The breakfast was not what Comfort Suites usually has. Bagels, toast with nothing to put on them. No jelly, cream cheese or PB, as usual. Eghs& sausage, barely warm. Chair for desk in room, peeling and holes,needs thrown out.
