The hotel and room appeared newer or at least very clean and well kept. Great location. Adequate parking. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was fine (continental with adequate choices). It just didn’t seem very organized but it was a rather large group of people eating at same time. Only negative is the smell of marijuana in the hall in our floor was terrible (no smoking???? Yeah right). Would stay again but hope the prices come back down to reality soon.

Location was perfect for us. We were meeting family on Assateague Island and the hotel wasn't far for us to travel to them. Rooms were comfortable and very clean. We had two queen beds and a sofa and there was plenty of room for us three adults to move around in. Breakfast was simple but just right for something light to start the day. I'd definitely rebook.

WiFi wasn't great. The WiFi in our room was very slow. The only other thing worth mentioning is to brighten the lights in the bathroom and put a hook on the back of the door to hang a bathrobe while showering. Lights are too dim.

The room/hotel was very clean, the staff was extremely friendly, parking was so easy and free! Simple, clean design. No frills, basic accommodations, but most importantly, the room was clean and bedding was nice! I enjoyed the all day coffee bar and water station in the Lobby. The one downside was the Free Breakfast. It was Continental so all carbs, sugar cereals, toast, bagels, waffles. There was yogurt but no cream cheese. Great location, easy drive to the beach and activities. West OC has a lot to offer.

After reading reviews about the hotel I was so nervous I almost didn’t show. The ones that say the in person customer service was terrible, bug infestations, overcharging, too noisy. My experience was wonderful ! I took my boyfriend on a surprise overnight trip and this place is amazing especially for the price ! We had everything we needed. We didn’t stay in the room long we are one a mini vacation after all but the room and bathroom were clean the hotel staff very friendly (housekeeping was too). Breakfast was what you’d expect for the price you pay the highlight was make your own waffles and that apple juice is amazing! Overall amazing stay and amazing location ! oh shout out to Emily at the front desk you’re amazing girlfriend !

The hotel was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, the hotel was quite, there was ample free parking and they offered basic breakfast items. Jen was very friendly and helpful as well. Due to the odd hours of my meetings, I was glad that they were able to accommodate early check-in and late check-out.

The location was a bit odd with what looked like a closed motel right next to it. I also expected more from the breakfast. I thought we would at least have protein like eggs and sausages.

Very clean!!! Jennifer at front desk was very helpful checked in was at 3 pm, but we got there earlier after long drive. She was able to check us in!!! 😊

The pool was very small that was my only disappointment otherwise Hotel is very clean. Breakfast was simple. "" No eggs "" You need to get towels from front desk, no house keeper due to covid restrictions You need a car to travel to ocean city which takes less then 10 minutes If you love to walk not too bad as well.

We were pleasantly surprised! The hotel is very clean and staff is super friendly. Our rooms were also very clean and comfortable. We had a very small issue with the safe not being unlocked. The front desk had maintenance come up immediately. He was helpful and friendly as well. Breakfast is limited but fresh and well stocked. Waffles, cereal, yogurt, fruit and breads. Anytime we needed something we received it immediately. I’d definitely recommend this hotel!

Excellent front desk staff; very clean, updated room; really enjoyed having a decent refrigerator and wet bar.

Sound proofing - we were able to hear the person in the next room typing on their keyboard late at night. Also, it would have been great if the breakfast included some sort of protein option, even a hard boiled egg :)

Very friendly staff, Property clean and maintained inside and outside, nice breakfast.

Room #120 close to lobby and You can hear all the noise from staff check in talking and setting up for breakfast. Was not quiet at all. Unfortunately had a child above us stomping on the floor also.

Staff was amazing & very personable , hotel was spotless , breakfast was excellent ,,, pool area was clean & spotless ,, our room needed extra towels bc we had an extra person , literally as soon as I called they were there at the door !! Definitely would recommend this hotel , staff was truly personable down to the breakfast staff , she helped me make my waffles ,, will definitely return ,,, the whole hotel was sooo clean ! Thank you
