Location. The balcony. Staff was friendly with 24 hour desk service. Gym.

We would have liked a fully functional kitchen that included a stove/oven, larger refrigerator and dinner/flatware. Did not have smart Tv to access Netflix, and other streaming services.

I loved the property the staff, the room the breakfast the pools and the location ❤️

I didn’t know it wasn’t beach front but it was up the block crossing the street ! The only issue I had was the they didn’t clean the room everyday I had to ask why but the towel and garbage was taken care of ! Just that they should have the staff to accommodate the amount of people to do the work also didn’t know it was Pet friendly there were a lot of dogs !

We chose the $30 upgrade. The room was spacious which we enjoyed and the bed was comfortable.

I would of given it more stars but the TV wasn't working properly. It wouldn't turn on we had to play with the wires and finally turned on. The channel changer only worked when it felt like. Finally we couldn't turn it off so we pulled the plug! Who ever was there before us left a used coffee pod where you fill the water so I guess the maid never cleaned the coffee maker! We like Hilton so I'm sure we will stay at others.

Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had a bayside room so the view was awesome. We didn't use the indoor pool, but it looked nice. The free breakfast was a bonus.

The room was SOOOOO HOT. We tried to turn down the heat and then tried to just shut the heat off, but even that didn't work. There should be exhaust fans in the bathrooms. Our room didn't have one and neither did our friends' room.

Pleasant staff. Clean facility and rooms. Great choices for breakfast.

Was supposed to have bay view rooms but ended up with street view rooms and hotel made me pay separately for the rooms that I booked at the same time. But it didn't ruin our trip.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean, the staff was firendly, if we needed extra towels housekeeping came right away. My grandchildren enjoyed the pools and the hot chocolate lol. Breakfast was good.

I didn't like that there wasn't any vegan options for breakfast it was limited to oatmeal and fruit. Also pork than turkey or vegan.

4 breakfasts-3 had yummy meat and excellent fruit, one (Sunday)had no meat, sour blueberries and crowded.

Rooms never cleaned nor linens changed in 4 nights nor trash emptied. Really that is disgraceful. I was shocked when told I had to call to get towels or leave trash in hall. This is not up to Hilton standards I believe.

Breakfast was very nice. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Parking lot was easy. Pillows were nice. Washer and dryer were easy to use, and I appreciated the room key door access to laundry room. Toiletries available on site if needed. View was very pretty over the bay. Pet friendly was a huge bonus! Kids loved the pool.

Bottom of tub felt a little rough on feet.

Impressive breakfast spread, many choices... cheese omelet, chicken apple sausage, home fried potatoes, make your own waffles, bagels, muffins, dry cereal, oatmeal, blueberries.... and staff was prompt to accommodate refills to assure there was enough!

No suitcase carrier was available at check out.

I love how comfortable the rooms were and the cleaning staff made sure to come in and clean the rooms. The pool was another highlight and we can’t forget about the outdoor bar, great staff members.

We booked the rooms with the bay view but we instead got the street view.
