Location was amazing. We were a short walk away from not only the beach but many attractions and restaurants. The room was very modern and had an updated decor and bathroom.

The breakfast area had very sticky floors. Trying to get towels turned out to be a major chore. Staff communication was off because we had someone try to clean our room even as we were still staying there. The gym facility was full of broken machines and was borderline.unusable besides 1 treadmill and 1 yoga mat.

The staff was welcoming and so friendly! The room was clean and air conditioning controlled. Parking included was a nice bonus. Lobby was nice and clean and accommodating. I appreciated the water fountain. I enjoyed the outdoor pool as well. Ocean 13 being connected was also an extra bonus!

Free breakfast was difficult with the small buffet room and long lines and running out of food/having to wait. Elevators were dark and very warm, felt like no circulation. The soap for the shower was in a hand pump, I wish that there would have been separate soaps for body and hair and maybe lotion. And the towels were too small even for someone of medium size.

this is a hotel that allow dogs so of course there is random smells of urine, but it’s deff kept up with. AC went out for two of the nights we was there so we decided to leave a day early with a sunburn and children it was doable another day. The housekeeping staff was amazing and super friendly. The location is ideal. The beds are a little higher than usual so staying there with a toddler was a bit risky I was scared to leave her side while on the bed. over all decent stay, and I y stay again as long as there is AC.

AC or working breakfast wasn’t the best.

The professionalism of the staff, cleanliness, quiet atmosphere. The location of the hotel was in a three block radius of the venue which was the Convention Center. The breakfast was good, the availability of parking. I have been coming to O. C. for, 24 years now but my first time staying at La Quinta by Wyndham and I loved it, I have recommended this hotel to everyone. This will be the the hotel for me when I visit O C.. I will be reserving a room for next convention for April 2024, see you soon

location was In walking distance of the venue I was attending, restaurants, stores and the beach.

The location is amazing. We have two small children and we had everything we needed right there. The beach was one block away. The Jolly Rogers amusement park was 2 minutes walking distance. We enjoyed one day at the water park part and that night the rides part! Walking distance to great food options. A little market place right across the street for “emergency” items. Great great location for sure for families. Also our room was very comfortable and clean! The staff were very nice and helpful!

We were first placed in a room that the air wasn't working in. We had already unpacked some of our belongings and wiped the room down. It was just an inconvenience to pack our things back up and switch rooms. I feel like the balcony was on the smaller side. Also the restaurant connected to the hotel charged my card a $15 tip without my permission. (Ocean 13) The hotel was great but I'd pay with cash if I eat at that restaurant.

Service was great at breakfast. Marquis Lopez took pity on 2 senior ladies helping with the waffles and coffee. Plenty of food. Good variety. Beach was a short walking distance. Lobby was clean and attractive. Room was ready as stated at 4. Balcony was pleasant to sit out. Dogs were allowed in the the rooms. Designated area for walking them. Rooms were clean and hallways. No sign of odor or soiling from the pets. Plenty of parking available.

We like that the pkace os near to alot of things to do like the Jolly Roger and we have a discount for it at the Hotel and near the beach the place was a walking distance from the beach and could see a part of beach while siyting at the balcony,free breakfast which is eat till uou full😊👌🏻

The thing we didn’t like is we stayed there for a 2 nights and 3 days and no one came and clean the room,I don’t know if thats how it is but,or we need to call for housekeeping but my husband due to he works at Hotel he said normally housekeeping will come and clean

I love they allow dogs. The staff were friendly and welcoming to us and our dog. I love that there is a place outside to take the pets for potty. Maintenance staff are friendly and respond quickly. I love there is 24 hr desk service. The staff are ready to accommodate our needs. They work hard to make sure we are comfortable to the best of what they have. I love they are walking distance for great dining, bus stop, water park, entertainment and all kinds of conveniences.

It would be nice if there was a sitting area on the ground for visitors. We had to return towels and wash cloths a few times because they looked dirty or were stained badly. I used a wash cloth that had a hole in it but that was ok as long as it looked clean. The room could have been cleaner especially for the amount of money we paid. Behind the beds were very dusty. Dusty woodwork and doors. The floors in our unit needed to be mopped. Our balcony floor was also dirty. There were old cigarette butts left behind. Improvement is needed on the breakfast and the lady who maintains the breakfast could be friendly. She really isn't. Can't get a hello from her or a smile.

I didn't like that we had no cleaning service for the 3 nights we were there. I mentioned it to the front desk twice. They apologized and wrote down the room numbers which was find but still no room service after that. We had to take our wet towels to the front desk in exchange for new ones. I thought that service was included with the rates we were charged 🤔 A nice voucher for anyone of your hotels in the future would be nice and show that you value your guests. Mind you I booked two rooms and neither room was cleaned for those days we were there. We bagged our own garbage as well.
