Everyone was friendly, especially the front desk person who was there when we arrived and helped with our check in. I don't remember her name but she was a beautiful african American young lady. SUPER HELPFUL, always polite and always had a smile on her face. I would definitely come back because of her. The young bartender was also amazing and helpful. Loved there was a heated indoor pool and that pets are free and welcome, Any size. Was super pleased with this place and all the workers here.

There was some left over open creamers and trash left in the cup of our room by the coffee machine, I did get coffee downstairs though.

Loved this hotel! They are super pet friendly and don't extra, although my furbaby didn't make this trip definitely appreciate that I can bring him along next time. Loved they have 2 EV car charging stations, which was a big deciding factor since we have a rented Tesla . Loved loved the area behind the hotel near the outside pool area , which is a small comfy space with lounge chair in a small sandy area that leads into the ocean /lake area , was so relaxing especially with our very tasty drinks from the bar ! Drinks were so good, not watered down or too strong. The rooms are so modern , comfy beds , loved the technology in the bathroom area that was a touch screen that initiates a low light and appreciated the master switch that enables you to turn on or off all the lights when you switch them in individually. Also had the usual blow-dryer, a steamer for clothes and very cool had a Bluetooth speaker that looked like an old radio. The staff was so awesome in upgrading us, at no extra cost , to a room with a balcony, since it was a spur of the moment trip , we booked quickly and assumed all rooms had one. We've stayed at an Aloft brand in Baltimore and truly enjoyed that location but the OC one is the best by far. Also love that the beach is basically across the street/main road but the boardwalk is further down but is a short drive or bike ride away so even tho not off the boardwalk still a wonderful place to stay !

In the evening when we got back from eating , which was around 10pm, there was a group of very young kids in the front lounge area , they were very loud and running around, and didn't seem any adults were with them but felt bad for the front desk staff and anyone who wanted to enjoy the game room area probably wouldn't be able to fully enjoy themselves , also maybe the hotel could upgrade to softer toilet paper

The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable of the area of things to do and places to go. My room was spotless and stylish all around. The lounge area and bar was very nice as well. When first checked in met Lea, very professional and up beat. When I went to the bar met Scott who made me an old fashion and was a very funny bartender. Had peace and quiet my entire stay and swear those rooms must be sound proof because I heard nobody moving around like most hotels or voices through the walls.

Everything was pretty much perfect. Only thing I didn't like was the microwave outside the elevator because you're sharing that microwave with everyone else on that floor. Didn't matter because ate out anyways.

Almost everything was perfect, and they made an exception to the dog policy for us so we could bring our 2 large dogs which was a huge plus. The pool looked very nice, as did the bar and game area. The view is amazing, the rooms are large and quiet.

The breakfast options are not good if you have dietary restrictions. I don't think it would be hard to add oatmeal or hash browns to the menu that would go a long way to fixing this. The gym is a bit lackluster if you want to do anything beyond the basics, but it is overall a pretty typical hotel gym.

The hotel & our room was beautiful. The staff was super friendly & attentive. The location was great. The atmosphere was so lively & fun. The Oceanview was worth every penny! There is a ton of bars, restaurants & stores right in the vicinity. The beach is literally 1 block away. A great bar, heated indoor pool, beautiful outdoor patio with pool and a Tiki Bar, indoor gym & breakfast vouchers, pool tables - the list goes on & on! You will love it here & I can't wait to go back!

There is nothing to dislike. This is a great place to stay & play!

The Staff was very helpful and nice.. The evening shift was very nice especially Leah I believe her name was she really knew her job and did it well her customer service skills were excellent. However, the whole entire Aloft staff was very nice and professional.

Could offer complimentary breakfast. And the only thing I will say if we have to complain about is the parking. And when I had a cup of juice on the stand I went back to it and it was covered with ants. I wasn't happy with that but other than that we had a wonderful trip.

The location was great. They were quick in getting a crib to my room for my son when requested. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The parking was a bit of an issue. The hotel shares a large lot with a few other businesses but those businesses will tow if you park in their designated spaces. There did not seem to be enough designated spaces for hotel guests. We had to stalk people going to their cars to get a space. Since the hotel offers parking vouchers that have to be put in the car already I would suggest designated spots for guests. Once they're out they're out. That was really the only issue we encountered.

Staff was polite, location was great. Plenty of free parking. We appreciate that they did not charge an outrageous pet fee as many other hotels in the area. Room was well sized with plenty of space for relaxing and lounging. The small private beach of the hotel was nice.

We reported to the reception immediately that the AC filter in our room needed to be cleaned, as it would start smelling bad when we turned it out, as well as that the drainage in the bathroom sink was very slow, and probably clogged. We were told it would be fixed but no one fixed it during the 2/3 days were there.

We love the location on the bay, the bar Liquid Therapy is the best bar to day drink. Bartenders are great. Hotel is very nice and clean. Easy check in and check out. Front desk is very friendly and helpful.

Not much to say however, we really enjoyed the floats out on the bay and were so looking forward to those this year and they didn’t have them. Also, not many options for breakfast.
