The room was clean and perfect. We had a high floor. View was spectacular of beach and Ocean. We watched several pods of Dolphins swim by every day. More than enough towels and bed was great. I liked the fact that there was no housekeeping unless you called, this way I didn't feel the need to leave the room so housekeeping could come in. More towels and anything else you needed you could call or order on the TV. Restaurants were a bit pricey but there is one called the Coin right in back of the Dune with good food and better prices. Boardwalk just a walk away and you can catch the tram right there. Already planning next year's visit.

The view was absolutely amazing! Balcony was private and enjoyable! Loved that they had breakfast available in the morning from a little coffee shop. The walk out tot he beach was perfect.

This hotel exceeds any other hotels on the strip. The rooms are very clean. Beds are very comfortable. I don't ever stay at motels just hotels and was very worried when I saw the surrounding hotels/motels. The staff at the registration are amazing. Good start when checking in.

I didn't care for where the suites are located. They are not in the main hotel.

The room we stayed in was spacious and the oceanfront view was incredible. Breakfast every morning was delicious. Staff members were very attentive and all requests were immediately accommodated. A staff member named Kyle was constantly checking in on us to see how our stay was going and if we needed anything to enhance our stay there. He was awesome.

Having only 2 elevators was frustrating at times. We often took the stairwell because the elevator wait was so long especially during check in and check out hours. There were some unexplained charges billed on my statement at check out. Bedding for the sofa bed was not provided until requested. Reservations were for 3 people so we expected it to be ready and waiting for us in the room. The stove top in our kitchenette did not work. An alternate counter top stove was provided but again, not until requested. If we reserved a room with a kitchenette we expected everything to be operating or provided at check in. It was not until we called to say the stove was not working - when a portable stove was brought up to us.

The Hotel was totally remodeled by Hilton and it just opened back up on 05/25/23. The hotel itself is very beautiful, especially on the inside. I travel often and the main entrance and main lobby are majestic with enchanting color schemes. The main lobby is very spacious with multiple pleasing seating areas including a large seating area with a TV screen that consists of 4 50" TV screens in one. The main lobby also includes a bar, a restaurant, and a coffee/icecream bar. The indoor pool is large and the gym has just enough equipment and more than enough room to work out. The rooms are very beautiful and so are the views from the balcony. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They supplied me with Champagne and a cheese/meat/fruit platter for my 60th Birthday; they were great!!!

We were initially in a room only like five feet from the Elevator and the room was quite noisy; however, with no fuss, the hotel staff moved us to another room. The sliding barn door on the bathroom left space around the bathroom opening and your personal noises in the restroom were somewhat shared with everyone else in the hotel room.

The property is in a great spot. On the beach and directly across from the carnival space. Walking distance to eateries and right near the 7 eleven for snacks and things. In house restaurant/bar just okay. Drinks are not that great and very small.

I paid close to $600 for a one night stay and room that was too small although it was oceanfront balcony it felt claustrophobic as does the hallways. I prefer studio which I thought I’d have similar space for that price. And also spaciousness all around. Just not what I expected for so much money.

Beautiful ocean view!! Renovations made recently are very coastal comfortable. We’d stayed prior under old owners and loved the nostalgia Dunes Manor had. Updates are very nice and hard to beat the location just past the end of the boardwalk.

I reserved and paid for a corner king oceanfront. When we got to the room it was not a corner and had two queens and seemed in quite a noisy hall. I went back down and explained the situation and was quickly given the corner king and the room was wonderful!

Beach front, located at end of broad walk. Comfortable nice rooms. One floor is pet friendly. Quiet. Can purchase tasty food and drinks to take to beach. Yoga class available each morning. Staff friendly and very attentive. Stayed at this hotel previously and would definitely return.

The live music entertainment is an excellent addition but perhaps should have more variety. On site restuarant is very good although pricey. Breakfast including tip was $62. Umbrella for beach was $26 while rentals further down beach were $17. Rentals were in good condition.

This was our second visit, I loved it so much- we decided to make a second trip. The cost is my only point of contention- the staff was amazing, the facilities were excellent! Unfortunately, broke a toe getting into the pool, no fault of the hotel, and still managed to have a wonderful time, ease of use with elevators, close parking, etc. and amazing and easy beach access! That’s a great vacation!

The staff was exceptionally nice and super helpful! The location was perfect, walkable to great eateries! Room size is bigger than typical hotel rooms. The hotel is really clean! The veranda is beautiful and great place to sit back and enjoy the view of the ocean! Really enjoyed our stay!

Thin walls as we can hear conversations from adjacent rooms. People were definitely smoking (cigarettes as well as weed) on the floor, even designated as 100% non-smoking floor.
