Very family oriented, a lot to do on premise especially if you have a rainy day. They have late check in times or at least when we booked.. they do however let you use facilities before check in and after check out which is wonderful especially when you travel far and with children!

Really nothing to complain about other than smoking sections.. looking for them is a little awkward and nerve wracking.. I mean I do not smoke in my own home so I’m not against smoking outside in the least but decks and around stair cases etc could help.. also I would have rather had breakfast on site and they still have a restaurant but I’m assuming that they closed it.. that would be a good thing to have again.

Everything was great! We enjoyed playing mini golf and the indoor pool. We also caught a movie. Everyone was very friendly and our room, though outdated was clean and comfortable.

My only suggestion would be to bring your own pillow!

The indoor pool was the perfect depth for my littles. They had a good time and I could worry less about "the deep end". Life jackets and other devices were also offered! The playground was nice for smaller children, but my children (11, 9, 8) found it a little "booooring". Basketball, volleyball, and mini golf are all available. As are grills and picnic tables. During peak there is an outdoor pirate ship pool and a splash pad! There's a snack bar inside the indoor pool. I also liked the movie theater in the main building. The location was excellent. In summer though it wouldn't be the same! Traffic would be awful!

The linens on the bed were awful. The rooms were kind of small for a family who is staying more than a night or two. The bathroom is small. The toilet is on top of the tub and right behind the door.

I liked the pool areas for the kids, the convenient food and bar areas, the laundry facility on site, the movie night every night in the main building, we were close to the grocery store, shopping outlet and the boardwalk and beach. I like the shuttle bus ride that took us close to the boardwalk, saved me some money for parking. The price for the whole week was cheaper than Airbnb and hotels. The staff from the office were very nice and other people I met while staying there, I would visit again.

The beds were not comfortable to sleep on or even lay on for long periods of time, no bounce or recoil when you sat on the beds, the couch was more comfortable, I found long hairs in the shower on the walls before using it, the bathroom is outdated and the toilet moves when sitting on it, one staff member in particular who was a life guard had a bad attitude because there were a lot of kids in the outside jacuzzi, he them if they weren’t 14 to leave the jacuzzi and they did, but he continued to have an attitude because a parent made a smart comment and he turned off the jets making it cold, and left the area to head back to the indoor pool, I think there should just be a lifeguard at the outside pool to make sure every child is being safe and rules are being followed.

We loved the shuttle service, this was a great perk to have and is the reason we’d stay again. We also enjoyed the other free amenities- having an indoor pool was great for the days the weather wasn’t very nice. We weren’t there long but we look forward to getting to enjoy mini golf during our next stay.

The rooms themselves could have been cleaner. The bathroom needed a good thorough wipe down with Clorox. There was also a fly problem. We were killing 10-15 flies a day in the room. Normally this means things aren’t being cleaned properly and they’re hatching somewhere near by. Bedding could also use an upgrade- but this can be easily fixed by bringing your own.

The amenities were nice and the hotel staff was friendly. I liked the pool bar and the waitress was awesome.

Kids running around from midnight until 2am knocking on doors, running up and down the hallways. It was extremely loud past midnight with the kids and knocking on someone’s door and running that late could cause a lot of problems. The couch bed was the absolute worst thing I have ever slept on you could feel every spring. Had to purchase an air mattress to make it through the weekend. The food pricing at the pool bar is not worth the amount you get and it wasn’t that great.

I have mobility issues and the staff did an excellent job by putting me, my daughter, and granddaughter in the building closest to the playground and pool. The staff was so helpful when my little granddaughter age 3 wanted to try miniature golf for the first time.

The pool hours could have been better. It was noon to 7 and that really didn't give us much time to enjoy the pool when we spent the morning and afternoon around ocean city. Also the cafe wasn't open during our stay so we couldn't enjoy the delicious food.

We loved everything about our stay here! We could spend a week just at the property as there’s so much to do with an indoor & outdoor pool, hot tub, putt-putt, movie theater with popcorn every night, restaurant and more. What else do you need? It’s also so close to the beach/boardwalk. The property also provides transportation to the beach/boardwalk so you don’t have to use your own car and pay for parking. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean! The staff is so friendly! I would most definitely stay here again!

I loved everything!

The variation of things to do!! Pool, splash pad, indoor pool, arcade, mini golf, pavilion to bbq!! So clean and respectful! Transportation to and from OC was perfect and made traveling to and from so easy. Loved everything about this place!

Quite hours for morning we’re unclear. My kids wanted to play outside at 8am but another family got upset they were being loud even though it was in my mind a family resort and kids are up early. I wish quiet hours were better posted for families to understand.

This location is very close to the beach and locations in the area. I like staying here because we can walk to the beach, but if the rain comes like it did one day. The resort has the shuttle that will pick you up and bring you back to the resort.

We have stayed at this resort many times. I miss that they no longer have a on-site restaurant. Also, the web-site indicated that there was an on-site, but when we arrived we were told that it has not reopened. Staff was surprised that it was still listed on the website.
