A) Incredibly long check-in process, because there is only one registration desk in the center of the mall/casino/hotel premises (if 2 more hotel registration areas could be added near the wings of the premises, where guests are likely to enter, it would reduce congestion and waiting to obtain one's reserved room) B) Parking decks need better signage, to indicate how to get to hotel registration area(s) (they currently direct to an entrance to the mall areas, but there is no signage to indicate how to reach the hotel registration area)

What I like the most is the Harbor view and the beautiful outside structure.

What I don’t like about the property, is not enough slot machines.

I really liked the hotel it was very clean and windows are so amazing panoramic view, our floor was 15th. I liked that everything is automatic and modern , Alexa :) bathroom is very huge and there is tv inside. I’m happy that I found this secret deal , I dreamed to spend one night there. There are a lot of places where you can take pictures and a lot of restaurants and places where to walk . Thanks to the team :)

What I didn’t like is that doors in the bathroom are not locked,there’s no lock, for me it’s uncomfortable. And second thing it’s said that there’s fridge in the room, so I took drinks and food and when I opened fridge I saw beverages and there was no place to put anything, so I decided to put off everything and then I noticed note that if you put anything from fridge you’ll be charged automatically, so I called twice to remove it from my bill, thanks God there’s option to check your bill it might be a surprise:( so they removed everything from my bill , but I had to pay extra 25 dollars for sanitizer fee . Why? If the room anyway will be cleaned. So , be careful with it.

Front desk staff especially autum was extremly helpful offered us water for our room and helped me with a package I had mailed myself she also helped get our resort feed cut down since we stayed 7 days Doorman were polite and helpful with directions. Place was very nice and the lobby was beautiful I loved the garden and carousel. Drug store is open 24 hrs which was nice. House keeps greeted us everyday and cleaned our rooms and provided whatever we needed. robes were included in the bathroom and thanks again for the extra lint rollers beds were comfy with lots of pillows . Bellman gave a room tutorial and all the room controls were done thru the tablet provided such as dimming the lights or drawing back the curtains for the harbor view we had . Security checked room keys before entering the elevator . Showers had great water pressure and heated quickly . Casino floor was full of bright colors and beautiful bar and eating areas. The staff was A+ and should have no problems getting a high Forbes rating

I didnt like the fact I was charged 22 dollars for the package I had mailed myself . They didnt inform me of that when I called them and asked if i could send it. Also they charge a resort fee each day we stayed (which we later got cut in half) thanks you for that . Rooms didn't have a mini frig so keeping drinks or snacks cold was a big problem.

Floor to ceiling windows providing a spectacular view. Ipad/Alexa control for everything. The bathroom was HUGE and fancy. Very definition of luxury stay. We also enjoyed walking through the garden, eating at the overpriced but tasty restaurants and losing a lot of money in the slot machines.

The hotel rooms are very comfortable, with voice activated controls, large open space and separate shower and bath. The dining (apart from one restaurant) was exceptional as well. Rare was one of the best dining experiences I've had. The Garden Cafe & Mystique were wonderful! The piano bar - phenomenal pianist and performers!

Fratelli restaurant was a huge disappointment after 3 days of really wonderful experiences. It was our last dinner so that was a let down because you remember the last experiences the most vividly. The server there was rude, annoyed that we were asking questions about the oysters - which he could not answer because he said he doesn't eat them. He was annoyed that we wanted the wine list. Then the food was not the same standard we had at the other restaurants we had dined at.

Check- in pretty str8 forward. The room facilities were great. Comfortable bed, bathroom with tub and shower and a variety of products. Housekeeping staff were fantastic. Alexa was also very helpful.

Wasn't a particularly cosy hotel, had a look around at the restaurants and bars but found a lot of the facilities were not for me, but I did like the garden area outside especially at night. It's around 20 minutes from the downtown area and they offer a free water shuttle but there can be long lines and a bit of a wait.

Encore Boston Harbor has become our favorite hotel and is worth the drive from Maine! We appreciate the different restaurants on site, the beautiful walk by the harbor, and the free parking and boat shuttle service to get across to Boston. The two times we've stayed, the rooms have far exceeded our expectations and we recommend Encore to all our friends and family.

Honestly there's nothing that left us disappointed with Encore! If there ever was a problem, the staff went above and beyond and were very quick with a solution.

The customer service was impeccable. The room was decent, but the bathroom was amazing. I had meals at the garden Cafe, they were good.

We stayed here for my daughter's 18th birthday but didn't realize that she was not old enough to walk through the casino. Which meant there were restaurants we wanted to check out but couldn't. The design of this place really limits what's accessible if you have people under 21 at the hotel. As my daughter pointed out, she couldn't even go to Dunkin Donuts, which is absurd.

The hotel was beautiful and plenty of places to eat the view of the harbor was amazing. The room was very clean and art work was cute. Also having the room built on an alexa to turn on the lights, open the curtains and change the TV was really cool but if you are not so tech savvy may be a little problematic.

Food was expensive at the restaurants and location was a drive away to anything which meant dealing with Boston traffic. Not the best places to drive. The shuttle and boat would be a suggestion to avoid driving. Also be careful of the minibar, everything is set to charge if you remove it for longer than thirty seconds. Only thing about the room was there was no fridge without an upcharge. Thought that was kind of strange.
